Perhaps I have but in the context of the discussion as a whole what I said has merit.

People make conscious decisions to go to strip clubs, watch !!!!!!, watch webcam shows and all the rest of it because at the time of them doing that they want to be doing that. This is wholly incomparable to seeing someone out and about. Believing that seeing an attractive woman while feeding ducks in a park is suitable enough to negate the adult entertainment industry as a whole is frankly ludicrous, primarily, because that attractive woman likely does not want to be "viewed" in such a manner.

You are twisting the point he was making for your own ends.

Most women would be pleased if a man saw them in the park and viewed them as attractive.

If he leered at her, or made suggestions that would be different.

There are just different types of men really arent there.

One man will look at a woman and say or think 'Corrr. She's alright'

Another man may look at her and think or say 'She'd get it right up the !!!!' - I've actually had this said to me in real life.

Another man might look at her and think 'who does she think she is strutting round like that'

Its why sexual harrassment cases are so difficult to prove. Theres a fine line in some cases between being appreciative and being lewd. In the OPs husbands case I think that it was the latter, purely because of the 'you're lucky we're not on the same continent' comment - clear subtext of I would like to have sex with you.

I'm not twisting anything.

I am making a point that there is a clear distinction between a woman who invites you to admire them as part of their job, and a woman who just happens to be attractive passing by you in the everyday.

Adult entertainment caters to those who at a particular moment want to see somebody they find attractive. Women in the street is something entirely different and the argument that one can go outside and look at all these attractive women shows a gross misunderstanding of why adult entertainment even exists.
