I'm going mad, I simply cannot get the phone to accept a new email account. If I try to add one via new account in the outlook email - the hotkey for next after you have inputted the details is grayed out.

I've looked at the options via the COMM manager and the email button (3) is grayed out and I can't get it to activate by pressing 3.

I've also tried setting up outlook via activesync and it doesn't import any settings or emails.

What am I doing wrong!!! If I didn't have enough grey hairs before I sure do now!!

Not sure but have you tried dialing 789 on your lobby and asking?

It may be that they need to re-send the settings for your phone. If not I'm sure they can help.

I'm trying to make a short cut to my storage card in the start menu, this is what i'm doing. First i make the short cut of the folder, then after changing the option to view hidden folders I put it in the windows start menu, on my phone when i go to start the actual short cut folder is there but when I try to access it i get the message that it cant find it. What am I doing wrong?

I have tried with no luck, any one know how to make a new short cut

to setup my aol account I went into sms went to menu, then options then new account. Put in my details and because aol is one of the major e-mail providers I was able to leave the attempt to get details from internet and the phone set all the server info up for me. If you don't think your isp is supported make sure you take the tick off and just fill in the details yourself

Lobster takes the micro SD card. Had a look in the handbook but can't find the info i am looking for. What is the largest memory size card can it take? could remember someone saying 2GB

I have a 2gb in mine no probs, someone did say that this was the max ?

I've got a 2gb card in mine and it's fine. Tested the tv whilst driving around London today (not me driving). It worked great. It still worked fine with a great signal driving up the M11 at 65mph (well, it was raining) until we were about 10 miles north of Loughton. Really surprised that it kept the signal even when going at speed. My son was happy enough to be able to watch Eastenders.
