I have the same problem. I only just realised, after reading your post, that there is a question mark next to my Navman in the device menu.
If anyone can shed some light that would be great.
Same issue for me too!! Have Route66, which seems to be working fine and have paired the Navman with the Lobster (using the NAVMAN pass key).
But when I launch Route66 it says there is "no GPS!"
Someone out there has got this all to function properly. Can you help us, PLEASE?0 -

I had that but after a while it found the GPS signals and worked fine.
Suggest you find a more open space (keeping still at first seems to help), when you get to the "no GPS!" screen give it 5 minutes and see if it picks up the signals.0 -

concerning the spin 100 and route 66. did you notice anything with the blinking of the navman. i turn it on it blinks twice repeatedly, try to connect but after about 5 minutes it switchs off. have you got rid of the ? or is that still visable after connection. been messing with all cobos but getting no where. getting fed up of trying. pity manual was so rubbish.
and on the lobster did you tick comm port or leave it empty and was the lobster set up to use password autorization , and was bluetooth set to discoverable or on. all help apprieciated0 -

up till late and got it working. so heres help for others using spin navman bluetooth and route 66.
1. you will need to application unlock your phone. without this my phone would not connect to the navman. you'll have to look on the net on how to do this.
2.to set up bluetooth with navman. on passkey page hold the * key down and after a couple of seconds press option 3 to go into normal text mode. then press *n*a*v*m*a*n witch will give you NAVMAN.
3. go out side and run route 66. hopefully when u start it your navman will go from 2 blips to 1. (to show it's connected) wait... if is shows 1 blip but no gps try route 66 gps location again, maybe navman hasent found a satelitte yet.
hope this helps. any questions please ask0 -
mine paired fine with the navman despite the question mark. remember that it won't pick up any satellites indoors which will cause the 'no gps' error. as soon as i went outside it picked up a satellite no problem.0

Excellent upgrade here.
This gives a far better display (Crossbow Wm6 ) and many more functions for the Monet/Lobster and much easier access to the bits that you use the most.
It came from a chinese site (Big into smartphones over there) so the text is not in perfect English.
