have received the unlock code for the lobster. They ask for the imei number when you ask for the unlock code. Is this because so they know what phone it is? Can the same unlock code be used on another lobster or is it related to the imei number?

Hello I can recommend a free bit of kit called Free YouTube to iPod Converter
it free and the url is http://www.dvdvideosoft.com/guides/dvd/convert-YouTube-FLV-video-to-iPod-MP4-video.htm



Once downloaded you can past the you tube link into the program. Choose mobile phone as the device. It then downloads the file and converts it.

lobster will play mp3, mp4 and wmv video files. It will not play avi files.

1. used youripper to rip youtube files. Now have a small collection on my pc. The files end with .flv . Is there a way to convert these files to mp3,mp4 or wmv? Some of the videos have been removed from youtube.

2. can i convert .avi files to mp3, mp4 or wmv?

Wazza, if Tomsheils link doesn't work for you then this software that converts to mp4 might help you. Its from give away of the day so be quick as its only there for another 20 hours

thanks, i found the metcalffe version worked fine. The software you mentioned is for a trial period unless i am mistaken
