i havent a storage card so it must be on the phone.
when i say slow, if for instance i go from contact back to desktop, it seems to pause for a split second before going back, cant grumble tbh its great for the price.
the only thing i cant fathom, when going upto sms i have to click twice from appointments to sms, is yours the same?

Yes i see what you mean about the slight delay, but it is very slight. Yes i have to click twice as well, if you press your select button when between the two, you will see an information screen.

Well, my unlock code came today. Stuck my Vodafone sim in and called Vodafone for the settings - they've never heard of HTC phones and don't sell any Windows Mobile smartphones, so couldn't/wouldn't send me the settings to set my phone up for vodafone's GPRS, MMS, etc. A text came through from them to activate my online account, which was odd considering I haven't set the thing up for textx on vodafone yet.

If you're running TTM5, you're better off getting the speedcamera database from www.pocketgpsworld.com . That's probably where modaco gets updates from, anyway.

There are a total of 10,920 verified cameras in the database and 1,233 unverified mobile sites (total combined: 12,153). 3,894 Gatso/Monitron/Truvelo/RedSpeed, 5,764 Mobiles, 6 Temporary, 264 Specs and 992 Redlight Cameras.
We have had a total of 21 verified static cameras added this release submitted by 14 members. All members submitting the first report of these static cameras will be credited with lifetime memberships by 17:00 18 May 07.

Just unlocked mine and put my 02 sim card in.

Works fine for making/receiving calls but I've lost 99% of contacts and my stored messages.

Anyone know where they might have disappeared to?!!!!

Sorry if this has been asked before but i have looked and i have been
in India traveling for over 3 months so a bit brain dead .
When i go to watch tv on the Lobster its says " looks like you need to update your subscription to check out this channel" then it goes on internet and just "hangs" for ages ! did you all have to do that ? seems crazy cause i watching a tv program on it yesterday when i got it .

Had this problem last week.

Ring 789 they will talk you through hard reset - but back up all your stuff on the phone first.

They will then send a new license to the phone you have a 15 minute window to get this new license.

It will sort the problem.

Your contacts were probably saved to your virgin sim, as were your text messages. You'll need to transfer them to your new sim.
