thats spooky,im having same trouble.owed least to them and had most hassle.just got £24 refund for overlimit charges cos i owed £419 and they put the limit down from £450 to £400.sneaky, eh???

Thanks for the welcome everyone:D Have been reading some of your posts and i don't seemto be as concerned a syou lot about our debt We are with payplan and have been for 2/3 yrs, started off paying £114 but due to redundancy, unemployment, mortgage arrears and now garbage wages we only pay £14 per month! If we get any post i put it in an envolope and send it to payplan! I now feel as though we are doing this all wrong even though we have just done our budget review. Me thinks i have a lot more reading to do to sort myself out:o Yes i have got a partner but he leaves the money side to me:o hence the me./we thing , sorry if its confusing:o
