Cheered up a bit now.
Boss took us all for lunch (nice expensive restaurant), then we got to go home early! Went to co-op and bought myself a gerbera plant (splashed out £1.99) and some mars mini rolls.
No car this weekend though.working on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0 -

Eripmav I wish you every success. Don't let them grind you down.
Thank you, I just hope that Mercers and HFC would prefer me to pay something rather than nothing. If they don't accept the proposed amounts, I'll be forced into going bankrupt..Bankrupt 28/07/08!0 -
eripmav just noticed thats vampire spelt backwards. I love vampire films!
anyway I read your post you said thay payplan could'nt help you with a legally binding DMP, due to you not working. Are you getting mixed up with a DMP and an IVA. A DMP is not legally binding but an IVA is. When I first started looking at payplan and CCCS we asked about an IVA but as we were not working we could not do it, but we could do a DMP. My hubby is now working but we are sticking to the DMP, mainly because we are house owners.
I dont understand why payplan cant help you, dont you have enough money left over????????????

As it stands, I get £109 a month. Out of that I pay out just over £50 fares a month to get my son to and from school.
Basically Payplan said that where I'm not earning enough, they can't really go ahead with a DMP.
Yes it is Vampire backwards:) I use erip and vamp on all the forums I'm on, like PCFormats, ClockerZ and such like:)Bankrupt 28/07/08!0 -
is £109 what you have left after you have paid all your bills???????? then after you have paid your fares all you have left is £59, is that right????0
-
No, that's the total sum of money I get a month. All I am entitled to is family tax credit. The £59 is what I have left over:) To go between two creditors totalling around £12k.Bankrupt 28/07/08!0

how can you only get that amount a month and you have a child????0

have you been on the website https://www.entitledto.co.uk ???????0

eripmav Maybe I missed something sorry if I did. I think with payplan you have to have £100 left over after outgoings.0

Sorry my bed was calling:)
The missus works and I was (actually, I still am) the stay at home parent:)
I'm not entitled to a sausage, not even free prescriptions:(
Yes with regards to Paypal, you're right. Because I have no surplus of £100+, all they could do was basically send me some letters (which were clones of ones I'd already sent out) and income/expenditure sheets.Bankrupt 28/07/08!0
