newlywed you are on a downer today.

I shop at tesco.com as i have said before. I've tried Asda dont like there fruit and veg. I've never tried Sainsbury's. I had that problem with half the shopping once, but I called the helpline and they got the driver staight back. They have never been late though (will be now I've said that).

Have you and hubby got any holiday days you can have now and go looking for a car.(already thought of that one im sure). The situation is not good with the kids cant expect them to be dragged round with you. (they might like it, I know mine would).

Thanks. Might try Tescos then, if they deliver near me.

Yeah sorry I'm a miserable grumpy baggage today - don't mean to put a downer on anyone else :o

Right, our post has just come, received statement from HELIFAX OD CCCs are pying £5.00 to them and they are charging £4.95 interest every month. CITI CC statement, CCCs paying £7.03 to them and they are charging, £12.00 late fee and £11.03 interest. Also received our first DEFAULT NOTICE from HSBC, does anyone know what I do with that????????? do I just file it or what??????????.

    Thanks amani.

Well at least your Hellifax OD is going down - only by 5p but it is downwards :o

With regards the default. I emailed CCCS to tell them about my default (Mint) and they said it's standard and they would re-send the payment offer to them (as the default also said I needed to get in touch to arrange payment in full or instalments within x number of days).

I also wrote to Mint to confirm receipt, remind them of my CCCS reference number and explaining that they had already had first payment from CCCS. I asked them to notify me if they had not received details from CCCS so I could ask them to resend info. Heard nothing back from them for well over a week. Hoping they will write back and say yes have info and yes accept - they have said nothing, just issued default so I have no idea

I think some do a default to try and bring down your credit rating, and it also allows them to pass to debt collection if needed. Think it's procedure with some banks.

I just binned my defaults like I do with everything else Amani. Presumably that other pair of sharks are going to stop interest at some stage? Have they accepted the DMP?

Just did a rough calculation online with the statements I have going back to November 2005 with Hellifax. From them alone I have £3334 to claim back. I'm so ashamed and annoyed at myself that I allowed my self to be in such a situation for them to claim all that off me in 1.5 years. I look forward now to the full list to see what else there is. Barstewards.  If I get £3334 back that will clear both my ODs and leave about £800 over. :j
  • I claimed back from HSBC and coop last year and git a fair sum back - I have added up charges again from them and its 1k in a year you have spurred me on to start the claim again, thanks Ex.
