hi all
Just got my first rejection of the dmp from ge money - saying please pay in full balance etc and let cccs know about this rejection. I wouldnt mind but balance is about 1,800 so i dread to think what some of the other creditors will say with higher balances.
They are saying the reason is because i have recent purchased and used card i have one purchase in april and last used the card in december 06.
I have rang cccs and they have advised they will keep paying them still and to let them know if i get a default or not or sent to a debt collection agency.
I knew this would be tough but i feel down today i have paid my first payment to cccs already and sent token payments.
Phone calls have started again lloyds seem to be on a loop system as when i get to phone noone there, but i know its lloyds by the number.
Anyway i would be in a more stressed state if not for this site and the information i have been given, and i know i am not alone.
bye for now
take care0 -
Newlywed, I preseume you have tried the tactic of asking a garage that you have some trust in or which you know has a good reputation to look out for a suitable car for you? The problem with garages is that many don't sell them below a certain price. You may find one that will sell one to you though from a previous part exchange. A garage local to me bought my old car for 5-7 hundred pounds and passed it on the the knackers yard type garage. They sold me a better car in part exchange or they wouldn't have been interested in my old banger.0
