Hi everyone, ar tha or reight ILGD :rotfl:
After saying the other day that I have had no more phone calls from HELIFAX they have started again this morning .
Just reading through the last letter they sent me saying that if CCCs sent them a finacial statement they would agree to our payments for 6 months! CCCs say they have sent them the finacial stament so why??????????
I will e-mail CCCs again today.
Also can anyone answer me this question, Halifax said "they can not remove our telephone number from their records, they are legally obliged to keep it in order for the performance of the contract" IS THIS TRUE????????
AMANI XXX0 -
Hi amani. How you doing.
Not too sure but I think Halifax are talking cr*p. Can you not change you munber free of charge
ym0 -
Hi Amani
I came across a related post the other day, you can find it here
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=619553
you can use the data protection act to require the bank to remove your telephone number from their records, keep scrolling through the post, you'll come to it eventually.
All the best,
