hi all,
just a quick visit.not much to tell.today is citicard "pay up today or we default" day so will expect a letter soon.
when july payment from cccs goes to creditors my debt will go under 20 grand, which for me is a huge milestone.talk like i owe a fiver, dont i??:rotfl:
will only take 24 years and 9 months more.......but hey, whos counting:D
lifes too short, so please try not to worry too much bowz.
seem to be getting an old hand at this debt thing now :eek:
got a top from grattan today thats taken months to arrive and saw it and thought, no way am i paying £25 for that piece of tat!!!so am deffo learning the debtfree lessons.before i wouldnt have thought twice about keeping it (and never wearing it!!!).....but now all i see are the pound signs on it and how long it will take to pay off....and i give more thought to all i buy....so you see, there is hope for me yet:rotfl: (although the purchasing of aniseed balls is still my pitfall)

ym.....it pains me to say im glad its wet where you are,......but you do need some rain to cool you all off down there:rotfl:still lots of showers here.at least we wont get a hosepipe ban this year:D

Mine is considerably higher - but I know what you mean about it being a milestone when it gets under a certain amount.

For me the milestone is the fact it's going down now!!!

Mine too - nice to see it reducing instead of growing!! Hope everyone is well, all quiet on the IDA front - just wish the Summer would arrive. It has felt like October here today - perhaps we blinked and missed the summer!! lol.

newlywed.....20 grand is my debt.....not including the mortgage or dhs which could be around 15 grand if he worked it out but he works f/t as a pc so at the mo he can afford all his repayments and give me so much per month to pay the mortgage and the dds.

ilgd - mine is more than that - was more that that before I even got together with OH - he isn't on a DMP, just me - he has his own debts that I have helped him sort out but just couldn't seem to sort my own out!! :rolleyes:
