    Morning

Another lovely day here today (20.5 C ):T :T . Bright sunshine but a bit breezy but that means i have got 2 loads of washing on the line. Off to work later so will catch up then.

ilgd. If i let you into the secret of the 'book' you will use it to send the rain down here so although i like to share good advice and tips i am not giving up that one :rotfl:

bolton. I would drink 7 cans of lager if i had Sammy Lee as my manager :rotfl: . Only joking but Man U are going to win the league again anyway:T

    Hello all.

Got the first of the credit reports. The two that have agreed to my DMP haven't even listed a late payment let alone anything else. ;)

The default from Mint is listed as a big fat 8 !! Oh well. knew about that anyway.

Funny thing is Mint haven't replied to anything but for my loan it says it is "arrangement" and gives the DMP payment - also gives me late payment marks too - but surely that means that one is agreed???? :D

So all in all, not as bad as I expected, the default I knew about but apparently the loan is now under arrangement :j

And OH is in a strop as he can't seem to understand that I have a strict budget and don't have an extra £15 for this and that (to get the car cleaned, to get him storage jars for his DIY stuff etc).
working on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?

    hi all,
got my statement from solutions, who i havent heard from since feb, so imagine how scared i was opening the thing:eek: they had been received then deducting the dmp payments since march and no interest:j foned up cos it said on it....no credit available(:rotfl: ) last reminder to pay £450 arrears(:rotfl: )nice lady said they knew bout the dmp and just keep paying it and ignore the comments.so a result for me:j
re the m/ward....was all abit surreal really.got the statement for july with more interest and no dmp payment.....had rung in march/april cos cccs can only pay gen credit co, so after lots of calls, we all agreed that i should keep paying gen. cred and they would pass it on.
so the july statement came and decided enough was enough:mad: talked to 2 depts who said while on an arrangement with them ,they would still charge interest.i said that meant i paid £5 off and they put £12 on,which wasnt ideal and they agreed....and the only thing to stop the interest was to stop paying altogether:eek: i would then be passed to a dca, etc.....i said i wanted to pay as it would look bad for me in court if i was seen to not be paying.a private arrangement could be reached but i refused as it was against cccs.
so....rang one of bosses in c/service and explained.she said she could deduct £76 in interest and charges but they would think it was a pament and keep charging the interest and it wouldnt go to a dca.
can you imagine how  i was by now....but i persevered and rang cccs to put a temp stop on the dmp payment.then rang gen, cred. co who said all a/cs had been tranferred to phoenix recoveries....
yes i rang them but wasnt with them yet.gave me alternative no for gen. cred, which was only 2 last digits diff fron the c/s bosses no at m/ward btw, so rang them and she said they had me on the wrong a/c no all along:mad:
she said to keep making the cccs payments and she would get the m/ward lady to take off the charges and let her know re august statement.....so had £76 deducted and £20, 4mths dmp payments, so nearly £100 off the a/c.what a result:j but i dread to think how much the fone bil was for the 0870 nos.

apart from that its been QUIET:rotfl: :rotfl:

so have heard from all my creditors except mint loans, which is the biggie(£6 grand nearly....which im paying £5 monthly to so bet they are impressed:rotfl:

reads like a soap opera, dont it???
no wonder im aniseed addicted.....i need the sugar:rotfl: :rotfl:

    love ilgd xx

Anyway, I got myself all organised to do my bank claim thingie then realised that my printer wasn't working so couldn't print the letter - duh! Best of intentions and all that.

    smile :rolleyes2

Hi Smile - don't give up on the bank charges, mine were settled in full by HSBC (cleared my od!) and I'm still chasing Abbey. Worth it and the bank charges forum is invaluable as are all Martins tips, claculator etc. You go girl!

Hi ILGD my life a bit of a soap too - my fix is cadburys chocolate eclairs today (on offer in sainsburys -very mse!!) but tomorrow it will be something else, I'm definately "it depends what kind of mood I'm in" kinda girl - a true libran - indecisive to the end! But glad things are moving on for you.

Well the rain stopped yesterday and tried to cram everything in to that which is a good job cause its raining again today  !!

Hope all is well with everyone. Take care.

    Afternoon.

    How are we all.

Just woke up (Nights again) and checked my accounts as it is time for payments recieved to my creditors. Little bit of history as my debt is now just below £28,000 now so it is nice to see progress :j .

Not a lot else to report and am just off for a parent meeting as it is near the end of term so will catch up with you all later.

Sorry to hear your news but nice to hear from you.

Not an expert but regarding Payplan. I must admit that they are sometimes a bit slow sometimes regarding replying to emails. Bear with it as they are busy and WILL get back to you. Had the same thing and they did eventually reply. It is frustrating as you want things to happen but stick in there.

LLoyds are just trying scare tactics. Can you not send a copy to Payplan and let them deal with it. They will reply honest :rotfl:

I have not had dealings with a DCA yet but i had the same thing with EGG. They sent me a letter saying they had done so and the DCA would contact me within 10 days. When i heard nothing i sent a secure message to EGG asking when the DCA would contact me and they replied that the account was still with them and had not been passed on:confused: . From what i have heard DCA's are sometimes easier to deal with so I would not worry unduly.

Absolutly chucking it down here and a massive thunderstorm in progress. I swear some of the 'Oop North' gang have a copy of my magic book and have reversed the weather in the UK :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: .

Must go as i will be late for school :rotfl:
