cheers mates for the reply to my questions about dear daughters return. Think I will keep quiet and spend the cash on lots of washing powder, smelly air spray to mask the rat smell  ,ear defenders to mask the requests for Caths taxi service, ,wine:rotfl: to mask the misery of dear daughter newly split from boyfriend, chocolate and anything else I can find in the Pound Shop.... Will wait for my last overtime to show and then contact Payplan for a wage review
Thanks again to all of you out there for making me laugh, cry and everything during my lunch time access to the Internet at work

Hello people!
It's raining like there's no tomorrow up here in the North East. Blimey!
Looking forward to hearing your story ILGD. Cath - think you've made the correct decision re your daughter. Save the money for a rainy day... oh well, looks like the money should be spent pretty soon then! You'll need a little (if not extravagent) treat later on down the line when everything catches up with you. Mine was my camping stuff
Hello YM :hello:
Well I'm going to take the bull by the so-called horns today and get reading up about bank charges. Already got my postal order in my purse. I've heard it's getting harder to claim them back - aarrrgh! Was anyone else scared about seeing the bank statements from all those years ago? I think it will make me sad, as that's when all my financial silliness started. Sobering time ahead me thinks!
Well, I've been very good and turned down an important social weekend away due to having no pennies. Literally! It's a necessity, but it was hard to tell my friend I couldn't go, so I'm proud of myself (even if I did have to mask the reason a little - I'm not that comfortable with my situation yet!). I splashed out on a £1.50 bottle of cider and some kettle chips instead and will have an exiciting weekend of GCSE marking, tidying up and going to help out at school with the show. What are you lovely pumpkins up to?
Hope to speak to you soon,

Well sorry to upset you people who must be north of Watford as the weather down Souf is superb. I keep breaking into 'club Tropicana' as the sun is so nice:T :T . I kid you not. Only down side is that i am at work and i am busy so just a quick one to gloat how nice it is down here. Hopefully this will move upwards and you can bask at the weekend.
Have a nice evening

Hellooooooooooooooooooooooo! I've just realised something very exciting - I haven't drunk my bottle of cider in the fridge, woo hoo! Now, do I drink it now or have it tomorrow instead? Decisions, decisions.
Anyway, I got myself all organised to do my bank claim thingie then realised that my printer wasn't working so couldn't print the letter - duh! Best of intentions and all that.
Glad to hear the weather below the Watford Gap is all good YM. Blow some of it our way once you get sunburn. Sorry to hear about the rain hunteress (can you believe that I've STILL not sorted out that stain - ha ha ha!!!).
Well, I've planned a trip into town tomorrow to cash my cheque from the tax office - I love paying to much tax sometimes!! Although, why does it take 5 days to clearMight pop into the local library too and pick up some books to read for free.
Ta ra for now chucks,

Hi everyone
1.20am and just drinking my 7th can of carlsberg export! Special offer £5 for 8 cans and I've just had one of those days that i needed to have a break from all the pressures so I thought 'sod it' I've grafted all week and I need a drink and chill out!
Ironically, the OH told me that Lloyds rung when I was out purchasing the booze! Oh how I wish they would ring me now :rotfl:
Goodnight everyone!
