Recommend me a tablet please - I have a 7" tablet but want a larger one

I have a budget 7" tablet which is superb but I want something larger. I cannot afford an ipad.

Can you recommend me a tablet approx. 10" at a decent price - say up to £130 please.

Thank you

What is your bias in use? the reason I ask that is if you use mainly as a movie player you need good battery life and a sharper screen, if its gaming you need to compromise towards processor power. If its web browsing then I would lean towards a 4:3 ratio device, reading battery life again.

If its used for an even mix then in a way its easier to suggest an all-rounder...

I have been impressed with Ainol devices, actually have a 7" one in front of me right now I am copying some movies to from my netbook for the kids via usb.

A bit over your budget (about £144) but an Ainol Novo10 Hero (mk1 not new mk2) is a nice device and covers a lot of bases so may be worth a stretch as it may be more useful than £130 device. Nice and slim 9.9mm, nice big battery, hi resolution superior IPS screen, dual core CPU so decent power, hdmi output port so you can use as a portable player to a TV on holiday, Bluetooth so can use with external bluetooth keyboards, mouse etc. Healthy 16gb onboard plus SD slot of course, reasonable front and rear cameras. Available from a UK supplier I have used below (or maybe cheaper from China direct but risk of customs charges.)

I'm looking for a 10" tablet for grandma.
Can you print from this Ainol Novo?
I bought a wireless printer scanner copier today for her.
It's an Epson Expression Home XP-202 which says on the box - smart phone and tablet PC printing at home.
The tablet sounds ok for what she would do - Grandma will only use the tablet to read the newspaper, buy stuff on eBay (never sells lol) read & send her emails, and print anything she comes across of interest.
Maybe she'll Skype or something like that once a year on wifi when we are on holiday and view & play you tube videos.
Any thought re the printing or the tablet?
    TIA.
Having just read reviews of the printer on amazon I shall take it back as Grandma doesn't live that close for me to have to keep nipping round to sort it out! I'll look around for something different.

Is the £144 her budget ?

    This is cheaper

The poster 2010 on this thread bought a touchpad (its the actual name of the tablet) from carphone warehouse.

Ive got a Nexus 7 myself and its quite good.

Thanks for your reply. They are both 7". I'd like to get her a 10" as she likes my ipad and I think she'd get on better with a 10" due to her age and sight. She's going to be 70 s I thought I'd buy it for her birthday so my budget is around £150.
Ps I might have been editing my op when you were replying - I added in a bit about taking the printer back and choosing some thing else.
