This is a bit hypercritical of me-a post to tell you that going on the Internet before you go to sleep may mmake your mind a bit too active. Just maybe something to think about.xIf you don't leap, you'll never know what it is to fly :heartpuls0

Good point. I might log off soon and just curl up in bed, all warm and cosy (and itchy!). :rotfl:Life is a gift... and I intend to make the most of mine :A

Right. In bed. Lamp about to be switched off. Nicely drowsy from the antihistamines, no way could you drive after taking these babies!
Night night all xxLife is a gift... and I intend to make the most of mine :A

Oh (((((hugs))))). It didn't happen, though, and that's the main thing xxxxLife is a gift... and I intend to make the most of mine :A

Crikey Tay, it took me forever to read through all that, I'm struggling to keep up! You have done so well and as so many people have said already on this site you seem like a fantastic, genuinely caring person who deserves so much more than what you've had!
I'm in another meeting away tomorrow and I'm worried how many posts I'm going to miss! A credit to the person you are that so many people are following your every move! xIt's always darkest before the dawn.

I agree, this thread takes some serious keeping up with :rotfl:
I'm really glad your doc has signed you off, as the others say, eat well, sleep and pamper yourselfyou deserve it.
I wouldn't worry about work, my boss came in to see me about a work issue last week, as he was leaving he just said 'are you ok?' and I burst into floods of tearsI don't know who was more embarrassed!! He was really nice and said that if I wanted to take time off I should do......I'm already going to a counsellor about a health/work related issue and she said that she thinks I should be off work......and my OH is still living in the house with me until it sells:mad:
What I'm trying to say is it's more important to look after yourself right now, make the most of your time off and don't worry about work, no one is indispensable (except me)

Hey Tayforth,
I hope that your rash goes soon and it's good that you went to see your Doctor. Hopefully having some time off will help and you can prepare for the weeks ahead.
Make the most of your time just to look after yourself.
If I want a relaxing treat at home, I go to Lush and buy lots of lovely girly bath bombs and other treats. The bathroom smells really girly and the baths are lovely!

Good morning everyone!
I slept for ten hours last night, the tablets knocked me out! So I'm well rested. Feeling very run down though, my glands are a little swollen. Really don't need to get sick for the weekend.
So this morning I've had breakfast and cleaned the bathroom - it's now totally sparkling and lovely and making me smile. Now I can actually have a bath!
I know that I'm supposed to be taking it easy, but the house has been so neglected lately that I feel as if I must do something about it, I can't feel better while I'm living in a yukky house. I'll try to do a little every day. I might visit the flylady thread for inspiration.Good for you lady. Now - rest and eatSounds like your GP has his head screwed on!
Yes, I will, I promise.Orlando_Virgin wrote: »Crikey Tay, it took me forever to read through all that, I'm struggling to keep up! Eek, that's quite a thought! :rotfl: Thank you for reading, and all your kind words. I hope that you're getting on ok as well xxOrlando_Virgin wrote: »Crikey Tay, it took me forever to read through all that, I'm struggling to keep up! So why are you still at work? Is it to avoid being in the house with your OH? ((((((hugs))))))Life is a gift... and I intend to make the most of mine :A
