    Morning every1,

I'm running a bit late this morning and have only just read all the posts and drunk my coffee. DDs have been fed and watered and are watching lazy town - will take them up stairs and sort them out when its finished.

I'm feeling a bit perkier today - I do feel bad for not going in to work yesterday especially as you could count the amount of weeks I've worked on 1 hand since the begining of the year due to panic attacks/anxiety. I was getting so much better and felt so much happier and then I had a massive panic attack on Sun night and was back to stage 1 again yesterday. I've got today booked off as a study day as I've got an exam at college 2moro - but part of me really feels like I should go in to the office as I was off yesterday.

My plan for today is : [STRIKE]ring boss, go to neighbourhood office and see if they've decided whether I'm entitled to a little bit of help with my rent[/STRIKE], flying, use up 3 punnets of strawberries (all ideas on a postcard pls!!), do some matched betting, ride round the lake on my bike, advertise french translation on ebay (has been on my todo list since Jan - and drafted advert about 4 wks ago!!).

I'm a bit stressed this morning as my baby (DD2) is going on a nursery trip to the farm and I'm panicking - she's only just 4 - how can they do that to me????? I'm not allowed to accompany because I haven't been police checked!!! I'm going to write my phone no. and put it in her coat pockets and jean pockets. She's not scared of anything and just wanders off to look at things on her own.

Well, hope every1s well and big hugs to every1 who needs them and thx again for all the kind msgs yesterday.

    Luv Jxx

    Morning all

taking a break from bellowing at the kids to eat their breakfast. I'm trying the ignoring tactic.

DS had to come home from school yesterday afternoon cos he bumped his head. Nothing wrong with him really. Shame he couldn't have done it on one of my work days and I could have skipped an afternoon.

Thanks for the comments about teaching yesterday - while ideally it's what I want to do when I grow up. They pay cut/extra hours mean it's not really practical at the moment. Perhaps one day. - Hols would be good though!
    Take care all.

Thanks Twink, I am becoming paranoid -after all the TLC I have lavished on my little seeds, I would hate that big, bad Jack Frost to get them :D

    Morning everyone

Lynz - Big hugs. Think about happy things like your trip away soon? :) x

Scuzz - Have a fun trip away.

Oops a daisy - I gave up 3.5 months ago now. Tbh I only saw the light properly after a month of not smoking, before then it was just a bit of a struggle and hard to remember why I was doing it. Then suddenly, my chest cleared, I realised it was so lovely not to stand outside smoking in the rain or leave friends etc to go out and have a cigarette and so nice not to have to worry about remembering a box of cigarettes wherever I went! Just hang in there, it's really worth it if you can just get through the really hard first part.

Hugs to anyone else who needs one today.

Well, water skiing was... Quite fun actually. The sun sort of came out. It was a bit windy but quiet and beautiful by the lake. Really peaceful. Then later the wind died down. There was no one there apart from my friend and I and the two chaps teaching, they were brilliant. I stood up and skiied!! Not just for one or two seconds, a couple of times and for a good run at it. But really my fear before had been being left in the water, just.. dangling. But it wasn't like that at all. Anyway, I feel much better now. Roll on next weekend.. Although I hope it's not as cold as it was last night

Today, I will be trying to regain use of my aching arms and legs (and bum muscles :o), doing the food shopping I didn't do yesterday, cooking a lasagne to take to IL's tonight, making a few phone calls and post office again.

Hope everyone has a good day x

oops a daisy - good luck with the interview! :D

    lynz - ((hugs))

jet - pleased to hear you are a bit perkier today. Those strawberries? How about strawberry smoothies for breakfasts? Got any double cream? Make strawberry ice cream :D Can you make or do you have any meringues? Blob some plain yogurt in a meringue nest, top with strawberries and a sprinkle of brown sugar. If all else fails, strawberries with a dash of balsamic vinegar is absolutely luverly :D I'm sure the school trip will go well and your dd will be fine, the staff will keep a close eye on her and at least you know that any parent helpers have been Police checked.

    Good Morning All

moiliere - well done on your selling via amazon, Ive not got round to checking it out!
N9eav - I think most of us can relate to "smelly boy's room syndrom", my DS is improving. Food & drinks are banned upstairs anyway!
Catowen - well done for DS and his award!
Like wise here dlb - DS still relaxed about his!
Yellowmonkey - good luck with your first attempt at chicken casserole.
Anniebooklover - how awfull for amazon to charge you that delivery, like you say, its not the principal, especially when you ordered over that amount in the first place!
PenPen - good luck with the hatching in 3 days time!
oopsadaisy - good luck with the interview!
jet77 - Im sure DD will be fine on the trip! The teachers and helpers do tend to be pretty clued up, and if they are like our school, they have sticker/badges of the school name, and usually a teachers mobile number on also.

Still got loads of washing to get through, sadly Im back to using the TD a lot now.
We've got the home visit this afternoon from CPL. I hope it goes ok, as OH and the kids are really excited (I am too but, but not getting my hopes up), if all goes well, our new addition will be called "charlie" (after my great uncle)
Not sure whats for dinner, as OH has got to nip into town after the school run, to pay some bills.

Best be off and jump in the shower
    Catch you later
    Love Emma xxx

Hello everyone. Hugs from me Lynzpower, and for your OH too. Its a shame but there may be a better job out there waiting for him which he will love as much.

The smelly boy problem does go away N9eav when they leave but comes back again when they come back, then leave again then come back again. The other thing they do is leave things behind when they leave so you're cluttered up with stuff they don't want to get rid of.

Musty get ready for yoga class now. It's good to join you all.
    :hello:
