    in my HHC
    how did you get on?

Not too bad apart from being sidetracked by replying to an email.
    WM on
Did all washing up and wiped surfaces
    Fed birds
Put away various odds & sods in kitchen.

    To do next:
Want to do final check to tidy/dust house in general.
    Sort out pay claim
Optician appt at 3pm so will go to supermarket while I'm there
Would be nice to do other stuff but suspect that may be it; out this eve at flower club.

Bright and sunny in Herts but still very cold wind so although garden looks enticing, not sure I will venture out except maybe to the greenhouse!
Remember...a layer of dust protects the wood beneath it.

    Afternoon all.

So far I've decluttered 3 cups of coffee, breakfast & a hot cross bun and programmes from the box.

    Tuesday:
[STRIKE] Write contacts in back of DDs passport[/STRIKE]
    Luggage Label x2

    HHI
WM - just waiting on DD to finish her bath then I'll do this ;)

Scrub DDs hair for her - She's washed it herself but put too much conditioner on it so I need to wash it again
    [STRIKE]Chase DD for a proper scrub bath[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]Get DD to hide her easter eggs so I can't be tempted while she's away :rotfl: [/STRIKE]

Give Ex both padlock keys for suitcase ;)
[STRIKE]Double check DD has got everything[/STRIKE]
    Wave DD off approx 4pm

Approx 4.30pm go to Mr A and buy some wine, mince & pasta
Approx 6pm sit down and do NOTHING until bedtime :D:rotfl::rotfl:

Just going to sort out DD's luggage labels as she scrawled something illegible on the one that came in the leather holder  Best block capital handwriting head on.

Turns out it took exactly an hour to bi$$el the bits of carpet that Dog yakked over this morning, interspersed with which I hung out the first WM load and put the second on - I'll do the last lot later as it's actually warm in the sun now the wind has blown itself through.

Poor old thing, Dog. I took her for her anti-arthritic pain relief injection this morning and she got so upset by seeing the vet she made herself ill. I've cancelled her dog grooming session next week because it'll upset her, and there's no real need any more. Vet and I discussed how to ensure she remains pain-free after two bad nights despite the Tramadol. OH and I know that from here on in it's about keeping her so comfortable that eventually she'll just ....

She's getting lots of little walks, lots of sniffs on the way around, lots of white chocolate (with pills in) and the food she really enjoys - rice and pilchards, the smell of which overpowers the dog food that keeps her system stable. She's snoozing quietly at the moment and the carpets are a bit more sweet-smelling.
    Better is good enough.

    Afternoon al

The day is passing too fast!

I've been sowing seeds in the kitchen, nearly all done and the LR has now turned into a green house - lucky to have a huge bay window with a window seat.

Helped DS1 with his Camp America forms - took ages, nearly done - he leaves on 7th June for 4 months.

    Cat bedding on the line
WM just finished a 'cleaning run' so I'll do the drawer and filter later
    DW just finished
    Bank accounts checked
    Repeat script ordered for DS3
    Surgery rang for DS1

Just having a cuppa then I plan an hour in the front garden, lovely and sunny but I shall wrap up really warm.

hugs to you honeybear, its a difficult time when loved pets get on in years

Dusty hope he has a brill time at camp america, DD3 thought about it but didnt want to leave her bf for that long (shes a lot of a home bird)

just had a quick scramble through my address book, a neighbours alarm has been going off, (shes been burgled twice recently) so knew i had her DDs moby somewhere, thankfully DDs been out and checked, and reset th alarm. no sign of break in so must have just been a spider or breeze.

DH fed and back to work
    DS1 asleep DS2 gaming
got some washing to bring in and more to hang out then more washing up.
