    Thanks Hex.

I have dug the soil over (as I said) and removed some couch grass roots (ugh!) so I'm hoping the frost predicted for tonight will break up the sods a bit more. I have half-a-dalek full of (mostly) well rotted HM compost (along with a bit of sawdust which hasn't gone in yet, because DD emptied a gerbil cage into the wrong bin) - shall I work that in, too?

I have dug bag loads of couch grass out today, that is not an exaggeration, some bits were 2' long. Along with about 2msq of a invasive aster, I am only 1/3 of the way along the bed and exhausted. Having to dig up all the perenials to tease it out from within them - Pollyanna says they needed dividing :rotfl:

DS3 in bed with a sulk on because I have said he cannot have a trampoline.
Spoke to DS2 on the phone, his leg is really hurting him. He is used to snowboarding with me tagging behind on skis and having to wait for me to catchup (that can take 10 minutes). Not used to a very full day out on black and reds with DH. Sounded like he misses me :(

    Mumto5 hugs

    LouLou Happy Birthday

Hex my joints are now sore, all of them!

Right off to make up a list for you lot and my additionals too.
