Sorry above message is for bossy, I'm not good at doing links, but this co is on facebook. You might be interested in having one made (or 2/3) out of your dh clothes that you have mentioned? You seem really good at sewing etc so it might be something you would do yourself. I hope you don't mind me posting this.

Been a busy day here, car has been cleaned inside and out. Filled 2 bin bags of toys, books and crap just from the car.

OH and DS3 have been planting seeds all day and we've had another chicken die so it's been buried. :( Only 2 left now.

DS3 has been bathed after he pooped himself, he's so afraid of the toilet, not to pee just to poo. Hope he gets over this fear soon.

DS1 and 2 back from sleep over, mind I don't think they had much sleep (very tired boys tonight). DS2 already in bed and DS1 to follow now.

Think i'm going to have a nice long bath and get to bed. See you all tomorrow.

They are a lovely idea, and I explained to the lady the whys and wherefores (as she usually made keepsake teds from babygros) and she secretly made the third, little one for me :A the kindness of strangers!

  • Its been a busy day here but on reflection I actually do not seem to have got much done.

    Flying today has been:
    • Checked online bank - delighted to see that tax credits have now been sorted out
    • Another load of washing although I didn't get it dried so is now in the dryer
    • Made some banana bread and chocolate crispy cakes
    • Done some course work
    • Dusted around the house
Not much but every little counts.

tomorrow I need to get my act into gear as I have been a bit off colour today and just took it easy.... or if you are my cat - did sweet sod all.
Tomorrow the plan is as long as I am feeling better:
    1) washing
    2) put laundry on dryer thing away
    3) vacuum
    4) general tidy.

The main thing is my laundry.... unless I fancy being a nudist... may shock the regulars on the train to work :)
The house isnt too bad - just needs a bit of a spruce up and a quick run around will fix that. Plonk on my ipod and sing away!!

Hex - given the awful weather we've had of late I think that, as soon as one gets the opportunity to do soem gardening, one should take it!
Though I'm using my 'gardening' time on my long overdue kitchen painting project. With the Vallikids out of the way (and hence not IN the kitchen every two minutes for drinks/snacks to prevent (apparently) imminent dehydration/starvationI dont have a choice.

Evening out for a friend's birthday but I wish is stayed home. I've had a headache since lunchtime (I never get headaches) but didn't want to text her on the day saying I wasn't going. She had 30 ladies turn up! I wouldn't have been missed. Early football tomorrow. Yawn.

Rubbish and front gardens - we have a shared drive. Next door take no pride in their front garden or windows. It is full of weeds and the paintwork is peeling - really shabby. I want to jet wash our part but will it seem petty if I don't do their turn in? Decisions!!!

Oh bossy, they are just so gorgeous. I'm so pleased you knew about them. I have just had one done and another one in process. I love the idea. I have just had my sons army cadet uniform turned into one and the lady has sewn all the badges on and made littles pockets. The next one is being made from his school blazer, tie and school name tags.

It's great because otherwise these items of clothing are kept in a drawer whereas the bears are on display.

    Xx

    Morning all

It is lovely and sunny here so a day in the front garden is called for. DS1 away to golf in a minute and DS3 still asleep, he went to bed early too but was wheezy in the night.

Hoping to get 3 lots of washing done today flying wise and maybe some hoovering.
