    Changed my energy supplier to OVO in May of this year .Received £35 cash back from Make It Cheaper which tracked immediately.Logged into my account yesterday and the tracked £35 had disappeared.How can tracked money just disappear from my account without an explanation.Disgusting,have raised a ticket.

  • So nowtv aka Sky seem to think my nowtv box is a old one and wasn't purchased at time of cashback. Eh that makes no sense my reciept says otherwise, they've agreed to pay the entertainment pass money but not the movies pass or box money.
    Now we know how Sky can give half price tv packages out lol.

    Hi,

    Please can I have checked the status of my cashback for a Green Flag purchase made upon 15/1/14 reviewed? It's way in excess of the average '21 weeks' now.

    Originally my cashback was tracked ok at the correct amount, then moved to declined at £0.00 (for no obvious reason) - I then submitted a claim and it was then 'confirmed' at £20.20 (£20 plus the £0.20 topup), which it has been stuck at for a long time now. I'm not convinced this is progressing.

    My TCB username is 'Hurri'.

    Thanks for any help in progressing this.

    Yes, it is being queried and hopefully no more garbage! I don't mind in the slightest losing out on cash back for a genuine reason, but lies doesn't cut it I'm afraid.
    A bit like when it gets declined stating 'another marketing channel' received the cash back, without backing up who the 'other marketing channel' is and why, when the sale originated from tcb. Yes, it could be that a code was used attributed to another voucher site, but it needs confirmed.
    No payments from financial products from cash back sites? Put in a complaint direct and if they don't resolve your issue, head straight to the financial ombudsman - it costs the company £550 in referral fees, win or lose.

    Thanks for looking into my case Katie.This is the first time in probably 6 years that a significant amount of money as gone missing without a explanation.I believe you are having lots of problems at the moment.I have in the past had excellent service from you.It is so frustrating when a purchase has been completed by the book and still have the cashback declined and missing from my account without any explanation.

  • Had a very interesting chat with someone from Skys CEO office this morning, they said Topcashback get paid for transactions once a month.
    Sky looked into my cashback and have said it was paid to Topcashback in May 2014.

    Care to explain yourself TCB?

    @Hurri, I am sorry that your transaction is not progressing as quickly as expected, I can see from our systems that we would have expected to see this progress for you come the end of June, however, these are just estimates that are based on the merchants previous payout speeds and this does mean that it can sometimes take a little longer for the cashback to come through. We do ask that members allow around a further 4-6 weeks from the estimate for the cashback to come through, could I kindly ask that you allow your transaction to progress for a further 3 weeks? Please could you contact us via a support ticket if this has not progressed come this time? Hopefully you see the cashback applied to your account for you soon though!
