    To TCB: I re-sent the email twice yesterday, and with the second re-sent email I left you an alternative email address to use, but it seems you have received none in the end.

    B&Q CASHBACK can be earned simply by clicking through to the merchant and shopping online as normal.

    Well I clicked through, obviously TCB recorded it because I see it listed when I had to make a claim, I shopped as normal (reserve and collect) got my email from B&Q, called and paid for my goods, then after waiting for ages for TCB (they don't pay attention to nudges...why bother then) I messaged them, to hear back within a very short space of time...

    "The reason that we have received to support this decision states…

    “Incorrect order reference given - please provide correct order reference”.

    We are sorry that we have not been able to recover anything for you on this occasion.

    Well I have the reservation email, the doors are currently installed in my home c/w new handles...so remind me again what information you need.

    I sent you a short email from a different email address at 12pm today but there is no acknowledgment from you to say you have received the email.

    It is a completely different email address so I cannot see why it doesn't reach to you.

    Quite a few declines it seems!
    I've joined the 'declined club' today also and a totally genuine purchase.
    Originally tracked ok, then declined. Claim in and declined again for what can only be described as nonsense.
    I'll allow tcb the chance to respond before posting my declined message.
    I've asked for proof of what they state as it can only be described as lies. But I guarantee, yes guarantee they can't provide the proof, as that would be totally impossible!
    Not necessarily by tcb, but lies from someone!
    No payments from financial products from cash back sites? Put in a complaint direct and if they don't resolve your issue, head straight to the financial ombudsman - it costs the company £550 in referral fees, win or lose.

    Yes, lets see what they have to say and see if they back lies over the truth.
    As above, the reason for declining is impossible as it didn't happen.
    So someone is not telling the truth.
    But I'm will to be proven wrong. Miracles may happen I suppose? :D

    Before tcb answer, I'd suggest they have a look at their 'fair play policy' and 'mission statement'.
