Based on the link from @mluton, that’s how I’d interpret it too. The £5 is probably payable once during the Plus membership year. It seems that making multiple withdrawals doesn’t change this.

I wouldn’t leave the £83 in there just for that reason. If the £5 is deducted now, you’ve already paid the fee for this membership year anyway. And if the £170 from Sofa becomes available at some point, I’d just withdraw that later.

The only thing I’d check is: are there perhaps any outstanding fees from previous Plus membership years? TopCashback mentions this possibility as well. That should actually show up in the Payout History or under Membership Details. Perhaps there’s still something there from an earlier year.
