@POPPYOSCAR - As we are the cashback site for the purchase, we have no ability to effect payments on a retailers site. If you are having issues with a insurance policy we would advise that we are unable to look into this and would ask to speak further with the insurer about the issues with payment being taken.

I gave up trying to use TopCashBack because nothing ever tracked (last time effective was around 12 months ago). I get the popup saying the visit to "XZY" had been recorded, but after that the "visits" never appear in my Earnings for it to show pending, confirmed or declined. I have recently tried using it again, but exactly the same is happening, visit recorded, but nothing appears after that. Can anyone explain why this is happening, please?0

Hi, I have a pending uplift since the 7th January 2024 - my broadband went live 22nd January.
Term says need to be an active customer for 6 months post purchase for the cashback to be valid. 6 months was 22nd July.

Well i have just tried Top Cashback and this is the screen that i got. So what i want to know is, are these sites not safe, or is it McAfee?
My wife is getting annoyed with me, saying that its all a scam.
I did try various (Screwfix, Toolstation, B&Q) on Quidco, and got the same result each time. VPN is switched off.0 -

You can block these redirects, but none of your cashback will track.1 -

Well this is odd, I just tried both cash back sites using my computer, and it didn’t complain, in each case I was successfully put through to the target website. This is despite the computer also having the same McAfee security and DuckDuckGo browser.
So I can only conclude that it’s it iPhone that is causing the problem.0 -
