Can anyone tell me when TCB refer to 'cashback exclusions and terms',  and this statement:

• Use of a promotional/voucher code not posted and approved by TopCashback.

What are they meaning by this. I'm always confused when using a site like Money supermarket, which has a voucher included in the deals on offer. Could this voucher invalidate either the cashback or the voucher in the deal and how do we know whether will or won't?

It means you can only use a voucher that was on the TCB page, if you use a voucher code from somewhere else they'll almost certainly decline any cashback.

It means you can only use a voucher that was on the TCB page, if you use a voucher code from somewhere else they'll almost certainly decline any cashback. 

Although in my experience, you can get a lot of bank errors in your favour when using a discount code not on the TCB site.

Sorry I'm really lost now. Are these vouchers for the target site or to be used on TCB. Could you give me an example.

The example you have given, if this is with TopCashback compare for example would be eligible for the voucher and the cashback offer.  If you are unsure please reach out to us on support ticket, email or social media DM as we can check over any offers to help.

Just wondering if anyone can advise, are we able to use PayPal pay in 3 as a payment option with retailer and still qualify for cashback using TCB?
