We would advise to help with our site to try a web browser that does not have inbuilt firm ad blockers or cookie blockers as well to disable any external ad/pop up blockers before clearing cookies and cache to then try our site.

I'm looking to buy a new Samsung Galaxy phone. TopCashback are currently offering 20% off on devices bought directly from Samsung.com

The device I'm looking at is already £250 off the RRP (Black Friday deal). Will the cashback track on top of the existing discount? I could be looking at a £200 saving if so! Or is that wishful thinking?

Hard to say for certain as different retailers apply different rules - it's certainly not uncommon for retailers to place restrictions on topcashback to restrict or exclude items bought on promotion, on TCB Samsung state: "If you apply an additional discount that reduces the overall purchase price, this may cause your cashback to be declined or reduce. E.g Voucher codes, student discount, staff discount." and "Use of a promotional/voucher code not posted and approved by TopCashback" [will stop me getting cashback].

With that said, I can see these BF deals actively being advertised on TCB with the cashback showed underneath, so that suggests you'd get it. Since it's a decent amount of money, I'd probably take a couple screenshots while you still can!

Thanks. That's what I'd seen as well. I've had a look at some of the user reviews on Samsung's TopCashback profile at it looks like some people have been getting declined, so maybe not worth the risk and better buying elsewhere for cheaper than Samsung.com.

Samsung offer an extra 5% off the price if bought via their Samsung Shop App... that additional discount would likely render TopCashback's 20% null and void, so get declined.

But ANY cashback offer is a bonus and a 'gamble'. 
If the price is good enough buy it and keep fingers crossed.

Or seek out the best cash deal (can it be bettered?) and buy from there (with a risk of a brick in a parcel from some sources - allegedly).

Currys will price match the lowest price I've found online (from a reputable dealer) which comes at £100 less than Samsung.com

If the 20% TCB tracked along with the discount already offered by Samsung, then the Samsung.com deal would be another £90 cheaper again. That's *IF* it tracks. If not then I'm losing out on £100 saving from Currys.
