I bought something which didn't track, so put a claim in. Now the claim has been followed up, the payment is less than it should have been (£18 less). It's been paid as today's rate (2%) instead of the rate it was (9%).
Since I don't think I took a screenshot at the time, because I didn't realise I was going to face issues, does that mean I'm going to end up missing out? Or will the TCB people be able to check what their website said on the date of my purchase?

Hey Everyone
I hope you are all having a mellow Monday
@doriangray23 - We would advise that the claim would have listed the cashback rates at the time of clicking through and if you would like us to take a closer look please drop us an email at mse@topcashback.co.uk as we can check about the higher rate of cashback
Best wishes

Hi,
Sorry bit worried and late to the game on this.
I logged into Topcashback recently to check a deal and after poking around I noticed I was on plus membership and had incurred fees.
I barely use the site and until recently hadnt looked at it for circa 4 years! I really don't use the site (evidently).
Im not going to be a victim, I missed the email saying I was enrolled on a plus trial and assumed I was automatically on classic.
Suffice to say I have now cancelled it but I'm worried about the fact the fee exist still, I'm not being chased so do they just assume they will recoup the fees eventually?0 -
The fees will only ever be deducted from your earnings, they will not chase you for them.

Hi
I took out Breakdown cover with the AA in my husband's name. It did not go through and he received no confirmation of policy etc. So I then did it in my name thinking there was a problem with his bank details.
It went through fine and policy was issued.
However when he received his bank statement payment had been taken. He had trouble trying to sort it out as they said they had no policy number to refer to. He has now received a refund.
The AA are denying any responsibility and saying that it is the fault of TCB.
Is this correct?

Hey everyone,
I hope you are all having a fantastic Friday
@POPPYOSCAR - As we deal only with the cashback side of things we would advise if you have any issues with the policy or payments to speak directly with the insurer. If you do have any issues with cashback please let us know via a support ticket, social media DM or email at mse@topcashback.co.uk as we can take a closer look.
Best wishes

Sorry that does not answer my question. AA are saying it is your fault that the money was taken and no policy issued. We are concerned about this as we did not know payment had actually been taken until we received the bank statement a few weeks later.0
