Hi @B_M,
Thank you for getting in touch.
I am sorry to hear you have had a number of transactions declined, please be assured is it the merchant that declines these transactions and not Topcashback. Please be assured we do all we can to recover these funds, please see the following in our terms and conditions:
**If the merchant decides your transaction wasn’t genuine for any reason, or if the merchant decides that your custom, (whether tracked or not), was deemed to have been provided by another website (such as but not limited to a comparison site or a search engine) then your transaction will not be applicable.**
Once again I can only apologise this has happened here.
Kind Regards,
Charlie“Official Company Representative

I took out a Post Office Life Insurance on 26th Feb and it did not track. I have since submitted a cashback claim but it has still not been resolved.
I have twice had emails saying that my missing cashback claim has been updated but when I look at my claim nothing has changed and no more info has been added.
My username is houseofcash.
Can you please have a look at this for me.
Thank you.0 -
Loving how TCB are ignoring me guess the truth hurts.0

Thanks Charlie (for the generic response), but I don't think you really grasp what I'm saying. The reason for the decline was a lie. Someone between the merchant and tcb are telling lies!
From tcb message-The reason that we have received to support this decision states…
“Order not complete Customer returned order”.
The order was complete and NO items were returned! Not a single item!
My reply-100% lies as items not returned. Not a single item from the order.
Please advise what was returned and when. You can't as nothing was returned!
!00% guaranteed all items bought were kept.
Obviously something 'dodgy' going on here!
Please re submit.
Will tcb re submit or will I have to go higher?
A few issues with the merchant, so not surprised at the outcome.
What part of the tcb 'fair play policy' would lies come under? No fair play in allowing merchants to act in this way.No payments from financial products from cash back sites? Put in a complaint direct and if they don't resolve your issue, head straight to the financial ombudsman - it costs the company £550 in referral fees, win or lose.0 -

It will probably go that way, but I'll leave it until Monday and see if I get the decency of a reply from my feedback from the declined ticket.
The merchant in question is House of Fraser and a few issues there it would seem. That's why I wasn't surprised at the decline, just very surprised at the reason.
If no joy, then I'll contact the HOF ceo on Monday and ask for clarification of what items from my order were returned and when. There is no answer to this query, well apart from confirming the order was complete and still is, so something is amiss for sure.
Unable to post ceo email address, but easily googled! No payments from financial products from cash back sites? Put in a complaint direct and if they don't resolve your issue, head straight to the financial ombudsman - it costs the company £550 in referral fees, win or lose.0
