    Can you please help - I bought an IPad from Tesco in Dec '13 and for quite a while the 'cashback' was showing as £14.?? (sorry can't remember the pence)

    I've been chasing TCB every couple of months because nothing was happening. After writing to them, again, a couple of weeks ago, it has finally been resolved and TCB have added £6.99 to my account.

    Even though I haven't closed the claim I can't find any copy of my latest message to them, because in that message I queried why the original amount had been reduced. However, they haven't replied to that query.

    A couple of question please - is it possible to view all the correspondence relating to a claim? and can you please advise me what I should do now?

    As the Top Cashback forums have changed recently - getting rid of the grumbles sections was a big mistake as how are your customers meant to tell you what is not working and how things can be improved - has anyone else found the general service provided, tracking of sales, issues concerning queries and just general customer service has declined at an alarming rate.

    I have long standing issues which seem to be brushed under the doormat and ignored after a certain length of time but from reading this thread, it seems to be on the increase.

    When it works well, it works well. I am happy to admit that. But that normally means the system has correctly tracked it and there are no anomalies. When there is a problem/issue then it gets bogged down when really it should be simple to solve.

    As no-one from Top Cashback offers any assurances on their own forum, can someone provide it here - and please not in the form of a cut and paste reply which seems to be the general reply that I have received.

    hi i posted a post on here to say i couldnt access my account and contacting topcashback direct proved fruitless as they never got back to me, after promising otherwise. I subsequently recieved an email from Samatha on the 15th july promising someone would get back in three to five working days. They havent and I still still cant access my account. Please help and Topcashback please be decent.

    @legendkiller2k8, thank you for the suggestion, we do take non-payments seriously and will always work alongside a merchant via their network with the aim of getting any outstanding cashback to our members. Please note that sometimes, it does take longer for the cashback to be produced as we are only able to provide estimates based on the previous pay-out speed of the merchant.

    hi Samantha someone has got back to me today regarding not be able to access my account ,thanks for that.

    Unfortunately topcashback has closed my account, without telling me,
    as they claim i have more than one account which i dispute. Anyway I want the money they owe me which i estimate to be about £70. Can someone help me. please

  • Quick enough to decline cashback aren't you TCB? Why can't we see this same quickness in confirming and paying cashback?

    The cashback that was declined was correctly declined btw but i'm fed up of waiting for the cashback i'm due to show up it's a bloody joke and you have the cheek to email me asking me to recommend you? I wouldn't recommend you to my worst enemy you are a disgrace to cashback and i hope karma gets you.

    @legendkiller2k8, when cashback goes on to be declined, this is actioned by the merchant and their network rather than by ourselves, this is the same for when a transaction goes on to be confirmed and become payable.
