    Well, I certainly hope so too but have my doubts as Sky dont seem all that bothered about it. Their rules, their way, their say.

    I have a claim lodged for a year sim contract with Three with cashback worth £47.83. I bought the product on 27th August... last year. I expected it to take a while but this is getting silly as I haven't heard a single thing from them.

    Is there something that can be done so I can maybe even get the cashback within a year? >.<

    You have stated that tcb have been giving this serious issue full attention for around 5 months now! That sure doesn't give ant tcb member any confidence at all and could well indicate that tcb are incompetent here.
    What does tcb think about what this merchant is doing? It's obvious what the honest answer should be!
    Is it fair to allow this to happen, yet still actively promote DL? Should there not at least be a warning on the DL pages to state the serious issues which have arisen? Members wouldn't be going in blind then.
    At what stage will tcb suspend DL?
    No payments from financial products from cash back sites? Put in a complaint direct and if they don't resolve your issue, head straight to the financial ombudsman - it costs the company £550 in referral fees, win or lose.

    Thank you again Samantha, but are tcb thinking of moving into politics now instead of cash back? Lots of questions avoided, so I'll ask again.
    At what stage will tcb suspend DL?
    What does tcb think about what this merchant (DL) is doing?
    If for example this wasn't all resolved within one more month (6 months of chasing), then there could be no argument that tcb are putting a rogue merchant ahead of innocent members! Unless tcb can fabricate an argument?
    I'm out of the uk at the moment, but will be intensifying this issue once I return (via facebook and twitter) and once my 'newbie' tag is removed, I have some nice quotes to post.
    In the short term, please answer my questions fully. This will prevent myself having to keep posting.

    @comebackgirl, we usually find that this is due to cookies as you say, but there are many other factors which can affect tracking. For example, do you have an adblocker installed, or do you have multiple windows open when making a transaction? Can you reply to mse@topcashback.co.uk? I can then have a specific look at your account too.

    @B_M, I hope you have a good break! I'm sorry that you feel that we are trying to avoid your questions and we don't mean to do this in anyway. Naturally, any long delay in merchants paying cashback is not something which is good for us and we do take it very seriously. However, we always do our best to resolve the problem before we start looking at such things as taking the programme of site. In the case of Directline, we are hopeful that these will be paid and future transactions paid promptly. We don't know exactly how long this will take, but please be assured that we are doing everything we can.

    Any chance of helping with a cashback that did not trace from 06/12/2013 from Legal and General home insurance for an amount of £50? I have sent several nudges but as yet it still hasn't tracked.
