Hi there,
@B_M, we do stand by our fair play policy in that we like to treat others as we would like to be treated and I can confirm that in this case, we are doing all we can to resolve the problem and I hope that members can understand that we are working hard to back them up and recover any outstanding funds from the merchant.
@legendkiller2k8, I do apologise for your wait, I can assure you that are doing all we can to get any outstanding cashback to our members by working alongside the merchants affiliate network and we are seeing gradual progress with this. In regards to Sky, the payable speeds we provide are only estimates and although most cashback is received within this time, it can sometimes take longer for the cashback to come through. I would hope to see this produced soon for our members but we will act on this if it is not received.
@Brian, I am happy to hear that this has now been resolved and you are both able to use your accounts againUnfortunately though, I would not be able to offer any free Plus Membership on this occasion.
@White Rose Tight ThaKnows, thanks, I have received this. I will be sure to get back to you shortly
@alexafc12, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Care Team if there is anything that we can do to be of assistance while your claim progresses. Hopefully this is resolved for you soon!
Kind regards,

On Thursday 29th May I used TCB for the New Switching Customer - Approved Santander 123 Current Account deal and my current account was finalised on Friday 6th June. I've waited 7-days for my account to be updated with this transaction but there is nothing yet. I'm adamant I used the service correctly and kept all windows open all the time and I haven't let my account lapse for 6-months.
Other than the 'Clicks to Merchants' is there any other method to confirm/deny the transaction is at least logged and in turn also pending?
I also have a Santander 123 account (applied 4/6) that has not tracked correctly-i used a new install of firefox, so there shouldn't be any problems there !
I have put a missing cashback claim in, which seems to have stalled on 'ready to submit'.
Tracking on tcb does seems to be very hit and miss, in my experience.0 -
Is it just me, if I told my manager that I had been 'actively working' on something for 5 months I would actively get my bottom kicked!
If someone can't seriously take ownership of an issue and resolve it within 4 weeks, then something is seriously wrong.
@tcb. Thanks for partially answering part of my questions, though yet again deliberately avoiding. This can only show current members and possible future members of the contempt shown by tcb.
I can afford to look pathetic repeating questions and it doesn't cause me any damage, but the longer you avoid answering questions, then it makes tcb look pathetic and of course may cause damage.
So the 'fair play policy' is still active, but obviously selected and doesn't apply to non paying merchants.
The tcb 'mission statement'?
http://www.topcashback.co.uk/about?cat=Mission
Is that still active?
What is all that about? Could that be clarified please?
How would tcb rate it's performance on chasing up issues with non paying merchants? (highlighted in red, in case it's easily missed).
Is 5 months of chasing issues and giving them the 'fullest attention' not really long enough to resolve? No payments from financial products from cash back sites? Put in a complaint direct and if they don't resolve your issue, head straight to the financial ombudsman - it costs the company £550 in referral fees, win or lose.0 -
Just wondered if the gala bingo cashback is going to be a problem as they no longer are listed yet a number of us have it tracked and confirmed at £50.50 ( or above ) would appreciate if you could let us know what the position is thanks

@TCB i'm sorry but atm i don't believe a word Topcashback say it's lie after lie after lie. Why not prove you care about your members by suspending direct line?0

I completed the betfair bingo and gala casino offers yesterday and neither have shown up as tracked yet. Is there a delay?Make £10 a day challenge November £125.60/310

Another unhappy camper here with insurance:
I took out 4 pet insurance policies - 2 with Animal Friends (22nd Jan 2014) and 2 with Direct Line (18th Feb 2014).
The timescales that these are going to payout is ridiculous and really not worth bothering with. When I first joined TopCashback in 2009 payouts used to be about 4-6 weeks. The cashback on these two insurance merchants is getting on for 6 months, just looked at Directline and it's saying another 26 weeks, so effecitively it's going to be a YEAR!!!! to get the cashback. Every time I look at the estimated cashback for Animal Friends it says 13 weeks and has done since I took out the policy.
Quite frankly I don't know how TopCashback can promote itself as a cashback site when it very conveniently lays the blame at the Merchants so that it doesn't have to pay the cashback. I'm certainly not going to use TCB anymore and definitely won't be recommending TCB to anyone, it really is a con!0 -

It's certainly looking like that from an outsider, but as you state, tcb were actually very good in the 'old days' and it's only the last 2 years or so where they seemed to have started failing.
Far too many merchants now with delays and issues and you could understand and accept the odd problem.
The one common denominator is tcb though! No payments from financial products from cash back sites? Put in a complaint direct and if they don't resolve your issue, head straight to the financial ombudsman - it costs the company £550 in referral fees, win or lose.0 -

Do what i'm doing vote with your fingers use Quidco instead, ok Quidco have their faults but my cousin used Quidco in January 2014 to sign up to Direct line and guess what? It paid out this month.
She also used Quidco to sign up to Sky in March 2014, that also has now paid out.
I seriously think Topcashback are getting the cashback and pocketing it for themselves.
Unless something gets moved to payable within 7 days (and i don't mean the just eat 57p cashback either i mean Sky £105) i'm taking TCB to a small claims court because i'm sick of their lies, i'll also be contacting a national newspaper too.0 -
I have been waiting since November for BHS to pay out.. payment time was 11 weeks but the last payment that tcb received from bhs (apparently) was oct for aug transations.
In May i had enough and reported them to the asa as i felt that they were still advertsing the 11 week payment when this was clear,y no longer true, anyway last week my bhs confirmed on the same day the asa came back to me telling me that my cashback would be payable in the next few days....
i dont know if it was coincidence with the asa (although other bhs ppl hvent been paid) or if it wsa the same day i emailed commission junction and bhs affiate network to complain. Quidco pays out bhs in around 100 days......0
