    Hi - Tesco Direct cashback is meant to have increased from 2.5% to 3.5% today under the special deal where the cashback is linked to the number of goals England score in the World Cup. I've been waiting all day for the change to take place as I need to put in an urgent order for something before I go on holiday. When will this get updated?

    "Football carnival terms and conditions: If England scores a goal between 12th – 24th June, Tesco Direct will increase their cashback rate by 1% per goal. The cashback increase will take place the next working day following the game and continue until the next England match. The cashback rate will revert back to the exclusive rate of 2.5% at the start of each England match and will be then increased again depending on the England score. For example if England score 2 goals on 14th June, Tesco Direct’s cashback will increase to 4.5% on Monday 16th June and run until Thursday 19th June when it will be dropped down to 2.5% for the start of the next game. Then depending on the score of the game the cashback will be increase again on Friday 20th June. The maximum rate of Cashback rewarded after each game is 6.5%."

    Hi all,

    @legendkiller2k8, I can confirm that we are in the process of working alongside this merchant to get any outstanding cashback to our members, this can be a long process I'm afraid but I can confirm that it is gradually being resolved. In regards to your Sky transaction, it can take longer for the cashback to be produced so we do ask that members allow that little bit longer for their trasnactions to progress. I can assure you that you will see your account updated once the cashback has been produced.

    @B_M, I hope that you have been enjoying your break, this is something that is under review and at this stage, I cannot advise any further. As previously mentioned, I can confirm that we are seeing payments being received for the outstanding transactions and hope to see that this merchant continues to produce the cashback for these transactions, I cannot provide any set time frames for this though.

    I'll ask the above on Friday again if the tcb 'soon' hasn't arrived.

    Regarding the 'fair play policy'? Is this still alive?
    If yes, where would merchants like Direct Line come under this?
    How would tcb rate their performance (or lack of) on resolving this matter?
    No payments from financial products from cash back sites? Put in a complaint direct and if they don't resolve your issue, head straight to the financial ombudsman - it costs the company £550 in referral fees, win or lose.
  • i think i've waited long enough to be honest for both of these, maybe i should go public with this now?
    Why are Direct line still allowed to use your site for custom? This is blatant proof topcashback have no care at all for it's members and continue to allow rogue companies to gain custom through them.

    Hi Samantha,

    Both my wife's account and mine have now been re-activated and I would like to thank you for your help.

    Would it be possible tho, to have the admin fee for my plus membership refunded for this year and waived for next (ideally on both accounts) for the amount of time that we have been unable to access our accounts and the amount of effort I have had to put in to get our accounts re-activated.

    Retailer was Zalando.

    Submitted a missing cash back claim on 24th February

    EDIT: They have just contacted me so let's see what happens

    Cheeky Bingo - anyone else waiting? Have checked a few forums and although I've been waiting since Feb, I know others have been waiting since Nov last year. Have raised ticket as req and after various 'nudges', plus the discovery that Cheeky are no longer on TCB, I'm inclined to think it isn't coming. TCB are, apparently 'actively' working with the merchant to resolve, but won't actually acknowledge where they are in the process and that there is an actual problem. Is it just me, if I told my manager that I had been 'actively working' on something for 5 months I would actively get my bottom kicked!
