    I've been Money Tipped!
Thanks Samantha, no payments showing in the stats though?
What month are they up to with payments? It must be prior November 2013 I'd imagine?
It can be a slow process, very slow in fact! I can't argue with that!
Do tcb think what this company (DL) is doing is acceptable to the tcb members?
When do you think all the payments for 2013 (at least) will be up to date?
So are we looking at maybe next week?
    Maybe next month?
Maybe a few more months?
No payments from financial products from cash back sites? Put in a complaint direct and if they don't resolve your issue, head straight to the financial ombudsman - it costs the company £550 in referral fees, win or lose.

Him can you advise why I can see a £5 admin charge on a withdrawal for £19? I don't recall seeing that before & seems a bit steep for the amount in my account.
I don't respond to stupid so that's why I am ignoring you.

TCB placed the onus on the member to downgrade after the free trial of PLUS membership they will have placed you on, so unless you opted to return to 'normal' non paying membership, you will have carried on with the PLUS membership.
They will revert you back if you don't want to be a PLUS member, simply put in a support ticket requesting that you want to go back to 'normal' membership and TCB will make any adjustments needed.

Quite a few have been caught out it would seem. Strange idea to say the least!

I would like to know if anyone has ever managed to get cashback for sky through topcashback. I ask because on sky live chat just now they said it is nothing yo do with sky, they know nothing about the offer and don't ever offer cashback. I've been trying to find out why people in flats can't get cashback and now find the offer doesn't even exist apparently. Would anyone comment please? Especially the topcashback rep who is on here.

It appears from a reply on another board that tcb get a referral fee from sky. Is it this which does not get paid by sky if you live in a flat?

Hi B_M, we are confident that this will be fully resolved and all members paid up to date however, I cannot say exactly when this will be. In regards to how far along the payments are,Car insurance is the most up to date with nearly all the cashback for last years transactions paid, the other product catagories are gradually following suit but are not as far along as Car Insurance just yet. These will continue to come through though in time I believe.

@scootw1, I can confirm that most members do receive their cashback from Sky as expected and I can confirm that the merchant passes the cashback for transactions on to us and we pass this amount on to the member. Could you contact us on a support ticket? We would be happy to go through why you would not be eligible for the cashback if you have a communal dish.

    Kind regards,
    Samantha

    Hi Samantha

I have already logged this as a support ticket. TCB say that is the rule set by Sky. Fine as far as TCB goes but I am enquiring further regarding this with Sky as it is just plain discrimination against people who live in flats.

    Thanks
  • @Topcashback 1st do you think it's acceptable to be waiting over a year for Directline cashback?
2nd why is my Sky cashback still on pending after 12 weeks.

    Hi there,

@scootw1, I am sorry that you feel this is discrimination, I am afraid that we do have to follow the terms and conditions provided by the merchant. I hope that you are able to retrieve some further information regarding this.

@legendkiller2k8, could you get in touch with me via email at mse@topcashback.co.uk with your transaction details? I can then take look into these for you.

    Kind regards,
    Samantha

One of your twitter team has contacted me this morning they are looking into it hopefully. I'm going to give it 7 days to see if they can sort it if not i'm progressing to stage 2 by involving trading standards as it happens too often now. Even though cashback sites aren't regulated any company offering any kind of incentive regardless of being through a cashback site or their own site etc must honour the incentive, failure to do so will result in the contract becoming null and void as set out in their trading license terms and conditions.

    Hello

Please can you tell me why the £40 car insurance Cash Back is at the forfeit of a 10% + mark up on all insurers prices?

I got quotes via other comparison websites for the same cover and they were all 10%+ less to buy.
