  • yeah had a pop up box that said your visit has been recorded just thought it would of shown by now as said avg tracked 0days and 0 hours
    thought taking so long to purchased and pressing back on browser mite of caused a problem some how?

    My claim for the £2 petrol refund has just been declined and I cannot see how to raise a support claim. I have reviewed the picture that I sent and I can see no reason for the decline. Can anyone advise, please? Perhaps Topcashback Representative?

    I know that there was a limit put on it. I think it was the first 5,000.

    If you took part in the offer last year (february I think), then you wouldn't get the £2 and it would be declined.
    A few got caught out on that as it wasn't really clear. Pretty poor and unclear tbh. It would have been simple enough to make it clearer you would have though?
    Though the Times offer was honoured after a right mess. :)
    No payments from financial products from cash back sites? Put in a complaint direct and if they don't resolve your issue, head straight to the financial ombudsman - it costs the company £550 in referral fees, win or lose.

    I've just joined TCB, and bought theme park tickets through Expedia 12.5%.
    When does it show up on my account? At present there is nothing there at all?

    would it be possible for someone from TCB to look into my Argos pet insurance that is still outstanding from September last year? It is showing as 0.00 however the last support ticket from October said:We have received notification of a transaction which seems to match your claim and this has been added to your account. We ask that you please allow this to progress normally to the ‘Payable’ status; you should then be able to request payment for this amount.
    When you are happy to do so, please close this claim using the ‘Close this claim’ button above.

    Hi ebaybaby, it can take up to 7 days for a transaction to track to your account, could you allow this time to pass? If this has not appeared after 7 days have passed, then I would suggest lodging a claim for an untracked transaction which you will be able to do via the Customer Care section on your account.

    ebaybaby, I would put in a claim now if it hasn't tracked rather than wait a week. Expedia normally tracks very quickly when it tracks, though there seems to have been a few issues of late! If it tracks, then simply cancel your claim.

    @TCB, I know that you are well aware of the serious issues regarding Direct Line and the lack of payments from them. I know you have been claiming for around five months now that tcb have been giving the issues their 'fullest attention', yet no payments seem to be coming through! Nothing showing in the stats for payments (business), yet Direct Line have been on tcb for ages and ages now. What is the situation at this time with this merchant? What are tcb planning on doing with this merchant (if anything)? Any progress at all after the five months or so of chasing?
    I'm looking forward to the updates, along with many, many others I'd imagine.
