I have two queries that I wonder if you can look into for me please?

The first one is Foxy Bingo.. I had to raise a claim as it didn't track (end of December) which it then eventually did, the claim is closed.. however the amount is still on confirmed and way past the pay out date now.. I cannot raise another claim as it is past 100 days.. ?? what should I do?

Also, I signed up for Life insurance via The Post Office, a lovely special deal for £65 - this must have been between 2 and 3 months ago now, as 3 monthly payments for this insurance have come out of my bank account. I have raised a claim, but the only answer I have received from TCB is that the merchant has not responded..

I've just come across this thread and was wondering if anyone from TopCashBack can help me? In Feb 2013 I purchased my car insurance through TopCashBack Compare as the rate was £20 cashback. I lodged a claim in May 2013 as I hadn't received anything. I've messaged several times, but still haven't received any cashback, just messages asking me to keep waiting. It's been 15 months now-is there any hope of ever getting this?

@standingupformyself, we are still waiting to receive the cashback from the merchant to be able to pass this on to yourself, I cannot provide a set time frame in which we expect to receive this but we will do all we can to get any cashback to you as quickly as possible. Once this has been received, I can assure you that you will see your account updated accordingly. Is your claim for an untracked transaction? I can take a look into your claim for you and see what status this is at, could you email me at mse@topcashback.co.uk with your email address so that I can do this?

Hi, still waiting for cashback from Jackpot joy, now over 6 months since first purchase. I have sent a message to TCB customer services on 14th, not yet had a reply. Is it just me waiting, or are there others?
