I have been trying to get breakdown cover and neither of the links for the AA or RAC are working as they do not transfer to their websites, just a blank page appears.

Hi,
I have a DirectLine landlords insurance that I took out a year ago and it is still pending, with no sign of it moving anywhere.
I've also lodged a claim a year ago for an EE mobile contract that is also a non-mover.
Would it be possible to look into these claims as it is quite a lot of money and cashback was one of the reasons I took these policies/contracts out.

@CHRISSYG, I am sorry to hear that you have not yet received a response to your claim, it can take up to 12 weeks for a resolution to be reached due to the channels that have to be followed. When did you lodge your claim? Hopefully Lee from Vodafone will be able to be of assistance with this also
@balmk, this issue has been brought to our attention and we are looking into this at present. Hopefully we can get this back up and running soon.
