Am wondering is anyone else experiencing a delay in process payments lately?
I logged into my account today as I expected a few pounds to be available but there is a note advising of that is not yet available for payment?
Debenhams dated 21st Jan, expected in 7 weeks
Next dated 5th January, expected in 9 weeks
Musicroom.com dated 5th january, unknown payment date - although from experience this has usually been an almost immediate payment, with previous payouts occurring in less than 2 weeks.
Anyone else notice big delays?
How long do I let this sit with this delayed status before pushing it further?

So literally I have no access to my TopCashBack account for more than 5 weeks now and being a Plus member I am unnecessarily giving 5 Pound for a service like this:mad:.

@Skea56, until we receive the cashback from the merchant, we are not able to pass this on to the members. The estimated payable date is just an estimate based on how quickly a merchant has produced the cashback in the past, so we do ask that members allow these to progress for a little longer, especially if they have been confirmed. I am not able to provide set time frames for when we expect to receive cashback, but you will see this reflected in your account as soon as this has been received.

Just replying a previous message about claims taking longer to pay out lately, I don't know about anybody else but I am having more issues with Topcashback since they started to charge me a yearly fee than I have ever had.
I took a policy with Argos Pet Insurance in July 2013, it stayed at confirmed but at a lower amount for months and months, I queried when it would be paid and that it was a lower amount than advertised, a few days later it is showing as confirmed £0.00 and when I have questioned this I am told it has been declined. This baffled me as I thought as it had been sat at confirmed for so long it was just waiting to become payable.
Really disappointed with Topcashback lately

Last February I used topcashback and specifically made the order knowing I would get cashback. Except, its been over a year and the merchant (Links of London) apparantly have issues...We are aware of delays affecting transactions from February 2013. We are working to resolve this with the merchant's network.

The Estimated Payable Speed is based on the average time taken for previous transactions to become Payable. We apologise if yours is taking longer, but please be assured that as soon as we resolve the delay, this will be reflected in your account.
Everytime I look it states the waiting time is approx 15 weeks.
What can I do? Seems like madness!

Never put in an order "knowing" you will get cash back. It's not guaranteed. If the merchant declines it, there's nothing top cash back can do and you don't get a reason.
However there is a thread on here somewhere about TCB and one of their reps can look into things for you. I'd suggest finding that and posting on there. Can't copy and paste at the moment or I'd find it for you.
Have you put a nudge in on the support section of TCB to product them to chase it up again.
