    Why are the Red Spotted Hanky payments taking so long to become payable?

    "We last received a payment from this merchant during February 2014, for transactions in November 2013."

    Yet I am still waiting for transactions from nearly a year ago (April 2013), and reading the reviews I am not the only person.

    I had to send a Support ticket about RSH as i had them as pending from a year ago and then my magic they became payable.

    so i do think its more to do with TCB then RSH.
  • Very dissapointed at the wait for Sky to become payable on my account - have switched to topcashback from Quidco due to their Amazon bonus scheme - however, we are now past the 'average' payout time and although my cashback is confirmed, its not payable.

    Topcashback say that they last received payment in March for Decembers transactions - my order was made in December yet I havent received my payment. :-(

    Please do not be concerned by the statistics as these will update if only a handful of transactions are paid. We are still waiting to receive the cashback for these transactions and as soon as we do, this will be reflected in your account. I am not able to provide specific time frame for this to be paid but hopefully you are not waiting too much longer.

  • In July last year I took out some Life Insurance via TCB with Standard Life. Now that they are no longer active on TCB, what are the chances of my £65.00 cashback getting paid?

    @frasersmum123, although they are no longer on site, I can assure you that we will do all we can to get any outstanding cashback paid to our members. Generally, the majority of merchants do honour the cashback in these circumstances.

    The referral amount will be paid only once there is 10 payable amount in the referral account.
    However recently I went to https://www.topcashback.co.uk/account/Referrals/terms where I have found Free CashBack (for ex survey etc) will not be considered for referral bonus.
    That is not the end of the story. They have further included a list of 145 odd retailers, cashback from whom will not be considered towards referral bonus.

    If they are excluding all the major retailers what is the point of giving the referral as I am sure nobody's referral will reach 10 payable status by considering the above exclusion.
