Is something happening with the snap & save? In the past the money has become payable within hours. Now still waiting, days/ week later & still pending. For example added the £ 2 for petrol last weekPrivate Parking Tickets - Make sure you put your Subject Access Request in after 25th May 2018 - It's free & ask for everything, don't forget the DVLA0

Can this be investigated and fixed please?No payments from financial products from cash back sites? Put in a complaint direct and if they don't resolve your issue, head straight to the financial ombudsman - it costs the company £550 in referral fees, win or lose.0 -

For groceries, it is stated that - After you’ve submitted your receipt, your cashback may take up to 7 days to be added to your TopCashback Account. For in-store offers, these can take up to 90 days to progress. If for any reason you do not receive the cashback within thesetime frames though, please do not hesitate to get in touch with our Customer Care Team on a support ticket.

another month, no movement still on npower from Last September
thats 8 months ........ or 32 weeks so way past the 28 week estimate

hi was wondering if anyone could help i just got recommended to topcashback and i am new to this so sorry if seems silly questions but i made a purchase from boots online for a buggy yesterday but when i checked today it has not tracked.i checked on avg tracking speed for boots and says 0days and 0hours so i was thinking it should of tracked 24 hours later am i wrong in thinking this?it is in my click merchants but has not been tracked i cant think of anything i did wrong.i did delete cookies like advised before clinking on link the only thing was i did take a while to make purchase as i was looking around boots online and i had wait for husband to come home with boots card to earn points.i didnt navigate away from boots site though the only thing i did do was after placing buggy in basket and confirming to checkout i did use the back button on browser as i seleted for store pick up but accidental selected wrong store so used the back button to go back and select correct store would this of affected the cashback in anyway?if there is something that has affected cashback tracking is there anything i can do to get cashback back.

did you get a square pop up message that says something like "your visit has been recorded " ??
