Topcashback has gone downhill greatly all my problems started once i signed up to topcashbackplus, also how much longer until Sky pay out what they owe too?
The list goes on it simply is not acceptable you always go in favour of the merchant not the customer. Cashbackkings used to do this and guess what - they're no longer around.0 -

I really am not too sure if you lot are ex politicians, or politicians in training?
One thing that is certain though is that tcb favour 'dodgy' merchants over innocent members. Of that there is no doubt and I have experience (confirmed) of that.
The dodgy merchant is still being promoted despite known issues for many, many months, so I'll ask again as another week on and despite 'hopefully' and 'soon', zilch!

Good morning TCBCR.
On Thursday 29th May I used TCB for the New Switching Customer - Approved Santander 123 Current Account deal and my current account was finalised on Friday 6th June. I've waited 7-days for my account to be updated with this transaction but there is nothing yet. I'm adamant I used the service correctly and kept all windows open all the time and I haven't let my account lapse for 6-months.
Other than the 'Clicks to Merchants' is there any other method to confirm/deny the transaction is at least logged and in turn also pending?0 -

It has been another week and I have still not had ANY response, not even to say that it is being dealt with or for that department to let me know when my wife's and my account will be reactivated.
Is there anyone who can escalate this or do I need to look at taking this to the ombudsman? as this has been ongoing for at least 3 months now with different people saying it is being dealt with. I have supplied all the information requested in a timely fashion and would like topcashback to do the same.
Please could you get a member of that department (preferably a manager) to email me with a date that these accounts will be re-activated. This will then be the last date that I will wait until before I escalate this outside of tcb.

Can I have my issue looked into please, I requested a payout to paypal on the 24th of May which never arrived in my account. I've been fobbed off with 'please wait 2 more working days' in my support tickets ever since, I need this sorted by the 18th June or I will have to take it to the ombudsman.0 -
