    I have taken a look into this and I cannot see that you have been banned from Facebook, have you not been able to post? In regards to your Sky transaction, it can on occasion as mentioned before, take longer for the cashback to be produced, this is why we ask that you allow around a further 4-6 weeks extra from the estimate for the cashback to be received. When we find that merchants do far pass the estimate provided, it does receive our attention and we will always do what we can to get your cashback to you, however, we are not able to always provide you with set timescales for when this will be received.

    I can confirm that we are working alongside the network to get any outstanding cashback from DL to our members, this is gradually being resolved however, we are still waiting for a number of cashback amounts to be received. Once we do receive these amounts, I can assure you that these will be passed straight on to our members.

    I'm unable to post on your Facebook it may just be Facebook themselves.
    I will wait 2 weeks to see if anything develops regarding sky and dl.
    I have noticed that primus has benn confirmed for a couple of weeks now hopefully i'll get that within the next week as that will help greatly.

    HI. I've been waiting since October for my £53 cashback. I've contacted NPower directly on facebook, and they said they don't deal with this, to chase it with topcashback. So who exactly does the buck stop with here? Surely someone needs to take responsibility? Is it up to NPower or Topcashback to ensure the money is paid?

  • Only recently signed upto TCB and love the concept of it so will give it more time but i've certainly had a hit and miss experience so far (probably more "miss" to tell you the truth).

    Gala bingo and virgin games were by far the best.

    Betway is the worst and judging by the reviews, I'd be amazed if I ever got cashback from using them.

    British airways looks like it will be one hard slog too.

    As someone mentioned though, it's no divine right to get cashback.

    @legendkiller2k8, I think it may be as I cannot see anything from this side to say that you are not able to post on the wall. Please let me know if this persists and we can see if there is anything that we can do to get this looked into further for you. I hope that you start to see your cashback come through for you soon also!

    @mozzyc, I can confirm that we are waiting for the merchant to pass the cashback on to us so that we can apply this to our members accounts. I do apolgise that it has so far taken longer than estimated, we are only able to provide estimates based on how quickly the merchant has produced the cashback in the past which does mean that this can sometimes occur. Please be assured that this is something that we are aware of and is receiving the attention of the network, hopefully, we can get the expected cashback to you soon.

    Ahhh - Topcashback is so slow

    I have a claim raised with for a Sony transaction from the 21st March which was declined and raised a claim on 11th April, and still heard nothing despite 6 nudges - and supposedly sending another message will delay the claim further!

    And another transaction for Collect plus from Sept 13 which has still not paid out, despite message from customer services in Feb that it would be resolved in 6-8 weeks!

    The customer service section of the website is hard to understand
    Weight loss challenge, lose 15lb in 6 weeks before Christmas.

    Can you please advise re snap & save & Sainsbury's printing on both sides of the receipt. One side is the transaction & on the other side is the date & time.


    The stitching together of the receipt function seems to have vanished
    Private Parking Tickets - Make sure you put your Subject Access Request in after 25th May 2018 - It's free & ask for everything, don't forget the DVLA :D
