Who knows but posting at 7.40am on monday morning that you haven't had a reply to an email sent 1pm on Friday afternoon is a bit much really. It could be that your issue is being investigated.
But you would be hardpressed to get immediate email response from any large company over a weekend. it is understandable to be frustrated with TCB delays in payouts but your post this morning was just churlish imo.
You can understand my frustration though when 7 different transactions aren't tracked and I need to log a ticket for every one!
They did email me back, late Friday, but all it said was to log a ticket. Surely there is something wrong with their site as I've seen hundreds of bad press about TCB recently.0 -

i have waited 7 months for just £2.20 cashback from isme the catalog company.and topcashback had emailed me asking if i would recomend them to my friends my reputation is more important than money.0

Is Topcash back working for everybody? The last few things I have bought, it says that Topcashback has recorded the sale but I have seen nothing in my account and they are items which meet the criteria, so wondered if there are any issues at the moment.

I always have problems with my cashback tracking for some reason, even though the site says it should all be fine. I don't think I've ever done one that tracked on its own before.
Good news though, after a rather irate email at being rejected cashback after about 10 months from Three without even a reason, I got the cashback in full! It pays to be persistent... and in the right, of course0 -
Another week and DL and Sky are still at pending, this is BS quite frankly and getting beyond a joke. How about giving us details of your so called network TCB so we can file a claim against them?
What makes me laugh is big ammounts take ages to even get to confirmed or they don't track, yet tiny ammounts track instantly and reach payable very quickly. Even click n snap goes straight to payable within 24hrs of uploading a receipt. So what's really going on? I think TCB get the cash instantly and hold onto it getting the interest from it.
My issues started when i signed up for this poxy Topcashback plus services, maybe you should refund me the £5 fee for the hassle i've had?0 -

@Emstick14 , it can take up to 7 days for a transaction to track to your account so we do ask that you allow this time to pass. if you do find that you are not seeing your transactions track to your account as expected, could you contact us in a support ticket? We can then go through a few ways to help to improve your tracking.
@Racheya, I am glad that your persistence has paid off and you have received the cashback that you were expectingIn regards to your tracking, have you contacted our Customer Care Team regarding this? We would be happy to go through a few suggestions that could help to increase the rate of your tracking for you.
@legendkiller2k8, I can assure you that we do not sit on any money, as soon as we receive the cashback, this is passed directly on to our members. Transactions with higher cashback amounts tend to be those that require validation periods which does mean that it will take longer for the cashback to come through, this is why we provide the estimated payable speeds, to give an indication of when the cashback will be received. I know that it can sometimes take longer for the cashback to come through than estimated, but in these instances, we will do what we can to get any expected cashback to our members as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, I am not able to pass on the details of the merchants networks, but we will continue to work hard to get any outstanding cashback to you.
