My mustard receipt was declined twice yesterday and only accepted once I scanned and emailed the whole receipt to-

Hard work at the moment with almost everything via tcb!
Keep on fighting though.No payments from financial products from cash back sites? Put in a complaint direct and if they don't resolve your issue, head straight to the financial ombudsman - it costs the company £550 in referral fees, win or lose.0 -

What i suugest to everyone who is on topcashback plus and having issues is to demand a full refund of your membership fee. Topcashback have failed to provide a service we are paying for and should refund us without question. Maybe they should also suspend the topcashback plus programme until they get their issues fixed and remove merchants who do not pay.
It's bordering on the lines of a scam at the moment and will land TCB in very serious trouble.0 -
reply from topcashback the usual fob of they have said i did not clear cookies so no £2.20 i no this is a small amount but the principle is at stake. 7 months wait so i have no faith in topcashback added my £2.20 to the millions of pounds it creams in ever year this is the last transaction for me.0

samantha 7 months wait i think i have been patient patrick has said my money went to some other site if so why is my transaction recorded in click merchants on the topcashback website.0

just done my first payment and discovered I have a £5 admin fee decucted. I didn't realise there were 2 levels of membership, I don't remember joining the plus version. How can I go back to ordinary membership or find out which would be most advantageous?0

Having chased your claim with the merchant network it unfortunately appears that your claim could not be approved. The comment that has been provided regarding this rejection is that 'Another marketing channel was credited with the sale'.
This comment is designed to inform us that Top CashBack was not identified as the last referrer to this transaction. Please note that this is not suggesting that you used another cashback website but indicates that another entity such as a search engine, comparison website, voucher code websites etc. may have become directly or indirectly associated in some way with this transaction.
Unfortunately the entity that has been identified as the last referrer is not specified to us due to strict confidentiality reasons, and therefore we do not have this information to pass on to you. However please note that it is very unlikely that this outcome has been a mistake on the part of the merchant or any of the intermediary agencies that may have been used to arrive at this decision as there are robust systems in place to trace back the sale to the last referrer.
Following an outcome of this nature there is invariably little we can do as the merchant will not pay out to ourselves due to our not being identified as the last referrer. We can only advise that to try and help prevent things like this from happening in the future that you always clear your cookies prior to making a transaction and that you then go on to make a transaction immediately and wholly online.
We are very sorry about this unfortunate outcome; we can appreciate that this can be a very disheartening experience and we hope that any future transactions you may go on to make run more smoothly for you.0
