My orders were placed on Jun 21, 2021.to Aug 06, 2021. The total cashback is USD678.35. They are confirmed on TCB but not payable. I sent a Support Ticket to TCB on 10 Feb 2022. TCB Kieran answered that she is not able to see that have received the funds from the retailer as of yet
I also made some orders through activejunky to the same website at the same time, the cashback get into my paypal account 5 months ago.
How can I get the confirmed cashback of USD678.35 on TCB?

I just made a purchase at Waterstones through Topcashback. The transaction and bonus is pending on my account however, my nectar extension says I can retroactively get nectar points for the purchase. Would I be able to do this or will it effect my cashback?
I have tried searching everywhere for information on if I can get both but unable to find anything.0 -

purchased laptop and accessory from HP via Top casback site rate was 13.6%. TBC short changed me and gave me only 7%, I asked them and was told they missed the accessory.
Told to do incorrectly tracked claim instead. A lot of back and forth followed. and the cashback at lower rate was declined. by HP.
Now TBC are refusing to pay out, making all sorts of excuses and HP advised they can not tell me why this happened and referred me back to the useless support team at TBC. TBC is extremely unjust and misleading site, why have HP on there if they are not following rules?
HP refuse to engage in ADR process and make themselves unaccountable to their customers. would never buy from them again as service and products are abysmal.
Do not recommend TBC.

I spent £525 at HP via TCB, I was conned TCB fobbed me off with only 7%. amount owed was 13%. They claimed they missed the accessory. messed about by TCB, giving misleading advice, wasting time in communication and abysmal service. HP state they do not know about it , and referred me back. since then have had poor service from the useless support team, denying my cashback, NOT to be trusted.
would not trust HP or TBC again, misleading customers to use site.0
