    @Cool1987- If you could please reply to the email thread you have with us we can take a further look to see what is happening with the claim. We would advise that the retailer or affiliate network may have asked the team to resubmit the claim with both references to be able to take a further look for a dispute.

    Has anyone got any advice for how I can contact Topcashback about the unexpected closure of my account (which had credits in it!).

    There doesn't seem to be any method of customer service if you aren't logged in with a valid account! There was no warning, no email communication etc. It is making me think they are trying to avoiding a potential cash out. I've been looking at swapping to Quidco as I only hear good things about that service.

    Any advice on how best to resolve my situation was be appreciated!

    @cagsd - If an affiliate network has tracked a lower offer through the missing cashback claim process it would need to be disputed further by our team as it is not the full offer of cashback. Our team will take a closer look at your reply and will dispute the amount with the affiliate network to get this resolved and if you would like us to take a look please email mse@topcashback.co.uk

    Thanks for your quick response. I've had a look at my account today and it looks as though the full £40 has now been confirmed. Seems like Tesco must have responded to your nudge.  Thank you.

    It's been a week since the claim has been resubmitted, since then i've been in touch with Virgin to complain about this, they have ignored every single message i've sent, and it's clear they're trying to avoid paying out at ANY cost, is there anything you guys can do to make them honour the terms of their agreement because this cookie and adblocker excuse they have to avoid paying out is absolute rubbish, browser was fresh cleared and no adblocker, please don't let them get away with this.

    How much more drawn out is this going to be, this has been going on for 4 months now and nobody seems to take owndership of anything i've said, i'd pointed out the excuse of the cookies and adblocker was nonsense, this doesn't seem to register with anyone, we're talking about £130, and bills are going up, i'm in need of this money and i'm not going to just forget about it and resign myself to the fact that there are people out there who don't want to pay.

Our team have pushed as much as possible and are looking into all avenues to see what more we can possibly do to get the information we need on eligibility from the affiliate network. Currently as things stand we are being declined but please know that if we receive any further information we will get this to you via a reply on the claim and via the email conversation we have with you.
