I do not know what is happening but I have only ever had the odd problem
with purchases not tracking but just lately both myself and my oh have had to submit claims.
Our purchases of topgiftcards seem to be ok though.0 -

@POPPYOSCAR - We would advise to help with cashback tracking to check for any updates on third party cookie or ad blockers on your web browser settings and make sure these are disabled as this can help. Please also try clearing all web browser data before visiting our site to make a purchase as this can help with tracking.
If you are not seeing cashback after seven days from the purchase date we would advise to lodge a claim and our team can take a closer look to dispute with the affiliate network for the cashback offer. If you need any help with your claim please drop us an email and we can take a closer look.

Our purchases of topgiftcards seem to be ok though.Same here - I've made three eBay purchases in the last week and all have failed to track. They are normally very reliable.Purchased via laptop web using Chrome which is set to clear all history and cookies on exit and is only used for cashback sites with no third party ad blocking.Claims have been raised.

@ctdctd - I am sorry to hear that you are having tracking issues. With this retailer specifically we would advise to make sure the basket is empty before clicking through our site after clearing browser data. As well as this if you are auction purchasing please click through our site to make a bid and click through again when paying for the winning bid as this can help with tracking.
We would also advise to check the privacy part of your Chrome settings to check for any blockers to be disabled and please also try manually clicking the clear all web browser data button when wanting to visit our site as this can also help.

Hi, in October I clicked through to purchase Tesco Bank pet insurance. The advertised cashback was £40.00 for a standard cat policy. This cashback did not track, so I raised a missing cashback claim after a week as advised. Today I have received a notification from TCB that Tesco have confirmed cashback, but only at £10.00! I don't understand why the full amount hasn't tracked. Literally the only reason I chose Tesco Bank was because of the amount of cashback they were offering, so this feels more than a little duplicitous of them. I did reply to the message from TCB but I imagine it will go back to the bottom of the pile to be dealt with, so I thought it may be quicker to follow up on here.0

@cagsd - If an affiliate network has tracked a lower offer through the missing cashback claim process it would need to be disputed further by our team as it is not the full offer of cashback. I'd sent you a message awhile ago here but not got a response, that was in Oct.
Virgin Media are refusing to pay out playing games with the reference numbers saying my transaction isn't trackable, they've been given the CH number from my order email receipt, but your team insists on sticking WS in front of the number, Natasha says they except both WS and CH numbers, so why are they saying it's not trackable, absolutely outrageous.0 -
