    Hi tcb 

    I submitted a missing cashback claim for Superdrug that did not track.

    My claim has been rejected with the reason that I used a voucher or discount code.

    I am not happy because I did not use a discount code or voucher and this also means I have lost out on the £2 bonus that went with it.

    @POPPYOSCAR - If we have been declined due to a voucher code being used it can also mean a promotion with the retailer that was not eligible alongside cashback. If you could please drop us an email at mse@topcashback.co.uk and we can take a closer look to see what more we can do to dispute.

    I'm a long time member of Topcashback and have had around £700 back over the course of 10 years.

    Just over 2 weeks ago i signed up with Topcashback for their Ultrafast Fibre Broadband and Phone deal, £130 cashback.

    The order did not track on Topcashback and i had to open a claim after 11 days, they said i needed a ws order number of 7 or 8 digits and to ask Virgin for it.

    This is where it gets....annoying...

    Virgin's forums contain at least 2 pages of people asking for the same thing...going back more than a year...so i created my own post asking for this information...to be told that they don't have ws numbers, despite them telling other posters they'd sent to to them in a PM...

    So i called them on the phone, customer services at Virgin, they say i'd be given this ws number in an email 60 days after my service was activated...i questioned why 60 days for something they said i should have been given when i signed up...no answer..

    So i called again this morning to complain...i'm told i have to ask Topcashback for this information..and that they don't have it...

    So i've been told 2 completely different things, all to muddy the waters no doubt to prevent this money from being paid out...angry...yes..but i see their game.

    Has anyone else been affected by this?
  • I have submitted my order number to Topcashback and hopefully that works, but Virgin playing dumb and telling me 2 different stories has not impressed me and should stand as a warning to anyone else dealing with Virgin, i figured it out myself with no help from them whatsoever.
  • Virgin have been back in touch, CH numbers replaced WS numbers, someone please tell Topcashback this, it would save so much aggravation.

    It will not allow me to change the value from £5.

    You realize that they've changed the terms & the purchase of gift cards no longer qualify for the £2 bonus?

    @PoppyOscar- we would advise if you are having issues with a TopGiftcards purchase to please email the team via the email address listed on their FAQ page on their website. If you have issues finding this please drop us a email. 

    @pdx123- The team did spot this on the bonus shortly after the bonus was active and did correct this as TopGiftcards purchases were eligible. If you did make a purchase please allow seven days from the date this has tracked to your account and if you see no bonus after this time please drop us a email as we can take a closer look.
