I activated the £2 bonus and made a purchase over £10 with Superdrug last night but neither are showing on my account.
This is unusual as Superdrug usually tracks very quickly.
Presumably I now have to wait 7 days to submit a claim and do I have to claim for both?

@POPPYOSCAR- Please allow seven days for the purchase cashback to track and once tracked the bonus should show within seven days from this time. If you do not see purchase cashback please lodge a missing cashback claim and our team can work to resolve this for you. Once resolved please then let the team know about the bonus as they can add this in for you. If you see purchase cashback but no bonus after allowing seven days from the tracking please drop us an email at mse@topcashback.co.uk and we can take a closer look to help.

Phil ref. your response 10th December 2020 regarding Boots cashback incorrectly tracking:
@pdx123 and @mamabuddah I would advise to allow these transactions to get to confirmed status and if the amount is still incorrect to please then lodge a claim as I can see that these transactions have not uplifted to the correct amount. I will raise this with the team also so it should be correct by the time the cashback is confirmed

I've had a transaction move to payable (as of 4th September) which is always nice! Issue is that the £2 bonus is still listed as pending - these have always gone at the same time and I couldn't see any guidance on what to do re: this situation!
Should I wait, or is there a way to nudge?

Does anybody know why eBay is no longer offering cash back on Quidco or Topcashback? It was only 1%, but I found this a decent little earner.0
