@deefadog - If you could please submit a support ticket on your account and our team can take a closer look to get the click record reactivated which should enable you to lodge a missing cashback claim.
@POPPYOSCAR - TopGiftcards have changed e-giftcard providers and this has only happened recently. If you do see cashback take slightly longer to progress it may be due to this. If you have any issues please drop us an email and we can certainly take a closer look to help.

Do you know if the new supplier has QR codes on the gift cards now?
Both my daughter and myself had trouble using ours from before at Toby Carvery yesterday.We were told at first they should Have a QR code then told they were coming up invalid.by this time we had a queue of people waiting to pay. We had to insist they were valid and eventually they got the manager who managed to use them.
Not a pleasant experience.0 -

I went via Top cash back comparison site on the 1st July and switched my electric to Peoples energy. As many will know they went out of business a little while ago. The £44.00 cash back was pending until Friday and now has changed to confirmed status. However I cannot see how this would be paid bearing in mind the company has ceased trading. Unless of course Top Cash back are feeling charitable.0

Hi tcb
I took out a mobile phone contract with plusnet on 1st jan. I took a screenshot from plusnet where it says my cashback has been tracked and will be added to my account when my order is completed which it was.
However, it is not showing in my account. I have submitted a claim and have the screenshot if you want me to email it to you.
