    I went via Top cash back comparison site on the 1st July and switched my electric to Peoples energy. As many will know they went out of business a little while ago. The £44.00 cash back was pending until Friday and now has changed to confirmed status.  However I cannot see how this would be paid bearing in mind the company has ceased trading.  Unless of course Top Cash back are feeling charitable. 
    UPDATE.

    Well I  certainly did not expect anything and it was not Top cash back fault the company went bust. However they paid me 50 percent of the cash back which was very fair of them.

    I am sure it has been mentioned before in the thread, but I don't really wanna go through the 500 pages!
    My purchases rarely track on TopCashBack; I also have the same issue with airtime rewards; I follow all the right links, activate the browser extensions or use the dedicated app when on my phone, but I still have to manually start missing claims on the website. Does anyone know how to sort it out?
    I use Brave (chromium-based browser), and have the TCB extension and all works as expected.

    @Jerome_TFB - We would advise to check your web browser for any adblockers or cookie blockers to disable these as well as disable any other extensions you may have enabled on your browser before clearing all cookies and cache to then visit our site as this can help with the affiliate networks tracking. Closing other apps and web tabs before visiting us can also help but if you are having regular issues we would advise to try a different web browser to see if this changes tracking for you as this may highlight something enabled on the previous one that could be hindering tracking. Please also know that it can take seven days from the purchase date for the tracking of cashback and if you see no cashback after this time please lodge a claim so our team can take a closer look.

    I was building up a substantial Cash Creditwith Topcashback nearly £100 to draw down. I have not been using Topcashback during the pandemic and just before. I now find that they have deleted my guaranteed cash back with no explanation. After contacting them with my login details they just said that my account had lapsed through lack of use. There has been no contact from them warning me of this. They simply closed the account.  They now give no answer to my request for the money to be reinstated. Is there anything I can do ????

    I’ve been waiting since June last year for a payout from MoneySuperMarket Credit Monitor: Free Credit Score

    I contacted Money Super Market as I was getting nowhere with TCB and TCB kept asking for an order number.

    MSM replied and were helpful said they don’t provider order numbers so were unsure why TCB were asking for that and they were aware of this.

    We had a few more emails and I sent these to TCB who again said I just wait for the retailer and that MSM didn’t know what they were on about.

    After contacting TCB for the same response 3 months ago in December I feel I’ll never get this payout

We do usually see insurance purchases take a little longer than say a product retailer as confirmation would need to be passed from the provider to the comparison (like MoneySupermarket) before it is then passed to us.

    Hi there,

    I regularly use Fiverr and have noticed they are on Top cashback for a £7 exclusive offer. 

    I have made a purchase through there a few days ago and noticed it has not yet shown in my account. £7 seems quite high and I cannot see in the terms what conditions this applies to except the usual "any other code cannot be used".

    Does anyone know what the terms are for this and if anyone else has used Fiverr before and received cashback?

    Hi just noticed none of my Evri purchases have tracked since February (when they were Hermes)  can you look into this as I have loads untracked and very irritatingly the £2 bonus from Sunday not showing as I purchased from Evri.  If I click make a claim the click through dates all show so something isn't working right.  I haven't put claims in as there are lots missing and hoping you can correct it your end.
