From the title, this thread should be the best place to ask, so ...
I use TCB where I can, but I've only amassed £125 in almost 3 years.
Is it worth me moving to Plus ?0 -
Hey Everyone
Hope you are all having a fantastic Friday
@Ozzig - Plus membership does offer great benefits such as added top up to cashback transactions compared to classic membership and gives increased tell a friend bonuses for example. Thanks for the reply, I did have a look at the benefits page.
I was looking more for advice if anyone else had similar usage that I do, was it worth their while? Did the extra benefits outweigh the cost?
I'm confident you'd say yes
( At an average of £40ish cashback earned a year )
Thanks,
Roy

AA Cashback.
The "rules" state BACS only. Does this mean I have to pay using my debit card or can I pay via my credit card? And do I have to pay using continuous payment?
Thanks for any help, Tony0 -
Hey Everyone
Hope you are all having a melodic Monday
@tonyg_2 - The cashback offers for AA would only be paid out via Bank transfer but you are however able to complete the purchase with a different method or card to the one that is registered to cashback pay-outs on your profile.
Best wishes

Hi
I requested a payout to paypal on 19th May. I am sure it initially said a few days but it seems to have changed to say by 16th June!! Never known such a slow payout.. is there a problem via paypal? Waiting to buy something on Ebay that might run out by then!

Not sure if this is the right place to post, but here goes. I've been a TCB member for many years and have used it for all my online purchases. Recently, I signed up to Revolut through TCB, the rate was about £7 whereas it was £30 on Quidco. I chose to stay loyal to TCB and I submitted a highest cashback guarantee claim, which was accepted. Earlier this week the cashback became payable, but I didn't withdraw it thinking I would check out the reward wallet later and possibly exchange it for a gift voucher.
I was subsequently shocked to find later this week the transaction status had changed from 'Payable' to 'Declined'. I raised a query and have been told the "... the network made this cashback payable but then determined that for some reason, you weren't eligible." I now have to go thorough the missing cashback claim process, which I am not holding out much hope for.
How can the network be able/allowed to do this is this? Surely once they have approved it, that is it and they should not be able to reverse their decision? What would have happened if I withdrew the payout straight away, would TCB be asking me to pay it back?

Hi Everyone
Hope you are all having a magic Monday
@del_trotter - This is something this not common at all and our team would be disputing if cashback had progressed incorrectly by an affiliate network. If you could please reach out to us at mse@topcashback.co.uk and we can take a closer look to see what more we can do to get things moving for you
Best wishes
